I recently had an experience with Dr. Claire Black in Hendersonville, North Carolina, that I must share. On Thanksgiving Day, a day when most are enjoying time with family and friends, my wife unfortunately broke a tooth. In a panic, we started calling around, but to our dismay, no one was available. That was until we reached Dr. Black. Remarkably, she personally took our call and, understanding our emergency, opened her office the very next morning just for us.

From the moment we met Dr. Black, her professionalism and compassion were evident. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge and took the time to thoroughly explain all the options available to us. Her honest and sensitive approach to our situation was beyond what we had ever experienced in a dental office.

It’s rare to find such dedication and care in today’s busy world, especially on a holiday. We left her office not only immensely relieved but also realizing that we had not just found the best dentist in Hendersonville but also our family dentist for years to come. Dr. Black’s commitment to her patients is truly exemplary.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Claire Black as my dentist recently. She is a master of her craft, and has the talent of truly listening to her patient. Her attention to detail and gentle approach, along with the calming background music, make what is usually an uncomfortable experience into something that is pleasant. As a former medical professional I was impressed with the thoroughness of Dr. Black and her great team. While treating a problematic tooth they quickly picked up a hidden infection deep within my gums elsewhere and helped provide a solution to that problem. Dr. Black took the time to fully discuss each and all scenarios for my continued dental health. Well done!
