Listen! This childcare center is one in a million. As a mom of many children, it’s already difficult to think about my kiddos having to be in childcare, but this a center that cares not only about my babies, but about the needs of the staff as well. If I have any concerns, they address it immediately. I appreciate everything they do for my family. When I know that my children are safe and in good hands, it makes the day a little smoother for all of us.

Shannon and her wonderful team have been part of our family for about five years. We brought our son for in-daily care from 2019-2023 with nothing but great things to say. They did their best to mitigate the stress of COVID, a fluctuating staff at times, and other common friction points. Since our son began PREK, they have been our number-one choice for drop-in care and summer break. Nothing but great things to say.

This was my son’s first year here in the 4 year old class and he has come home almost everyday talking about something he learned or did in class. He just learned how to spell his name. I love that the teachers talk to me about his day everyday.

Micheala and Candace take amazing care of my little boy! They treat him just like their own, couldn’t ask for better care!

I give a five star to Childcare Network #80. This staff has been very attentive & caring to my grandson since day one of him entering the doors of this daycare, I’ve seen this caring & attentiveness for all the children there.
I’ve found both Ms. Shannon (The director/s) & Ms.Heather to be very informative about programs that could help w/ children, they’ve helped me in which direction to take with getting my grandson into the 4K Pre-Kindergarten Program. It doesn’t t seem like the staff is there for just a paycheck, on the contrary they all seem to be there because they care and it shows. I I’ve seen growth in my grandson since he has come to Childcare Network #80. Thank You All For Caring So Much.

I have a son that goes there and has been going here since he was an infant and is now 10 years old. I have seen alot of directors come and go, Ms.Jo is quiet but very friendly makes me feel at home.The teachers are also very friendly. The daycare is very clean which is also a big plus because I am a clean person. They take field trips to different places during the summer he now more eager to read out loud due to their literacy program that encourages him to read to the younger classes. They have enhanced security with key-less entry. I am very proud of my son going here and I highly recommend this to everyone in the Jacksonville,Nc area.

Our son attended the Childcare Network on Brynn Marr for almost 1.5 years and our daughter attended for a month before we moved. Sadly, we couldn’t take the staff with us and miss them dearly. They are organized, pay attention to the kids in their care, have engaging learning activities for them, an encouraging system for teaching “discipline,” and really try to work with the parents. They are professional and personable. Thank you for caring for my sweet babies.

My nephew has been going to childcare network since he was 6 weeks old; so when I had my son 2 years later...there was no question in deciding which daycare he would go to. my son is two now and so smart. he surprises me everyday with something new he knows!! I work full time && these lovely bunch of ladies truly are a working parents best friend! they pay attention to my son && I know that they care about my son in every way. I feel comfortable with everyone there, they are all so nice && very friendly. I would recommend childcare network #80 to anybody! I love those ladies!! :)

We brought our 2 year old son to Childcare Network very nervous. He had never been in a daycare setting before. Within days our fears were put to rest as Miss Crystal and Miss Dawn were wonderful with him and getting him acclimated to a strange new setting and routine. Now 6 months later, we couldn't be happier. He has blossomed so much in his language and learning skills and is completely potty trained. They mirror they way we interact with him at home and work towards the same goals. The ENTIRE staff here is awesome from Miss Jo all the way down to the maintenance man. We love having our son there and he loves to be there! Every day before he leaves, his ALWAYS gives his teacher a hug goodbye! We are very happy with our experience here and will be sad if the day comes that we have to leave. It will be difficult to find such a dynamic group of people anywhere else!

Love childcare network! My oldest two daughters have gone there, with one of them attending for the summer camp. So well organized and the teachers are great. You can tell that the director loves what dhe does and it's not just a "job" to her. ❤

My experience has been wonderful with this daycare. I had such a tough time finding a place where my child would adjust to the point where I felt comforatable. The staff is caring, nurturing and well organized. The environment is clean, neat and also well organized. I go to work with a sense of security knowing that my child is going to be safe and well taken care of.

My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was about 6 months old she is now 2 and I've loved it every step of the way, the staff is friendly and helpful and very knowldegable and I feel that my child is in good hands and a safe enviornment with the cameras being monitored 24/7!

I found this particular daycare to be very unprofessional behind the scenes. It felt very poorly managed, staffing were stressed and irritable regularly, and some are poor role models. The children here receive mediocre care, are scolded regularly, the classrooms are often messy and poorly maintained, bathrooms often left filthy. I resigned after less than two months of employment and pulled my children out as well. They were not in good hands. I felt there was no solution unless I continued to report everyone who was responsible. Parents will have a different experience while a paying customer. But truth be told, parents here are being deceived. I highly discourage enrolling your children in this particular daycare, located on Brynn Marr Rd.

JUST AWFUL! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
My husband and I went in for a tour. We were told a spot would be available in three weeks. (Not the problem at all. I knew that there was a long waitlist) we paid a $50 waitlist fee to get our daughter added. Two months go by and I still haven’t heard from anyone so I called they didn’t answer so I left a voicemail. Their voicemail said they would get back no later than the next business day. I didn’t hear anything the next day and left another voicemail. I called everyday for a week and no one got back to me or returned any of my calls. They took my money and then completely ghosted me.
They are a scam. Do not give them any of your money. They will never get back to you!
