This Enterpise branch provides the best customer service! I used to rent cars from the airport providers but ever since I rented with this Enterprise location I haven't gone back. They confirm reservations by phone and always follow up after the rental is returned.

We rented a one day one way rental from Bristol Tn to Hendersonville Nc and the staff at both ends were very friendly, professional and willing to meet our needs. We will use Enterprise again in the future if we ever need another rental car.

We needed a rental for a few days due to some unexpected car trouble and they were able to provide exactly what we needed, quickly. The car was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Each representative I spoke with was exceptionally kind, professional and thorough in their explanations, directions and review of the rental. I would also include that they were equally as professional in their listening skills. I will use this location to rent again due to the employee/customer engagement.

The reservation made online was easy and quick. The in-person followup with members of the staff was helpful regarding the contract, where/when pickup/drop off was to occur, and expenses. Alex picked me up promptly and delivered me into the very capable hands of Courtney and Ben. Seamless service, had a car in moments and had to extend it without a problem. Good customer experience at pick up and return. Pulled in to return the vehicle and team member Ben came outside to greet me making it easy to complete the transaction. I do recommend Enterprise, particularly the Spartanburg Hwy location

I find it rare to have a great experience with a rental car company but this surprisingly was. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The car was clean and I did not have any issues. I wish you could park a car at this location while I rent car, I sometimes drive for work trips because company policy is to rent a car over a certain distance and don't always have someone to drop me off so it would be nice to have a small parking area. I highly recommend renting from this location.

The service at the Hendersonville NC location has to be the fastest and most thorough experience I have ever had. Courteous service as well. This is the second occasion that I have rented from this location and it will most certainly not be the last. They follow up with you after the rental and the vehicle upon pick up was clean and in great working condition. They offer after hours drop off and that made a helpful difference. It was a short term rental and it was reasonably priced for the SUV. Thank you again.
