My grandpa used to bring me here when I came up for the summers. Now that we've moved up here, we decided to bring my little man in. Our stylist did a great job, especially considering my 3yo is squirmy

Great place ! Ryane cut our hair today. She was so friendly and good at her craft! We stopped in without an appointment and she squeezed us in! The shop itself had a great vibe, very relaxed atmosphere. Def will be coming back !

Great reviews brought me in and they are all for a good reason. I had no appointment, but was still in and out in a flash. My new barber shop for sure! Ryane cut my hair, but all were busy telling me you can't go wrong with any of the barbers. Lots of fun as well, listening to them cut up about the Christmas parade. They had me laughing.

I'm visiting North Carolina and I desperately needed a haircut. Trina fit me in and I must say, she was amazing. She did an amazing job and was such a sweetheart. I'd highly recommend this barber shop and Trina to anyone needing any sort of haircut. I got a skin fade with a high taper and she did amazing.

Took my 4 year old for the first time, and would recommend. The little cop cars are perfect for littles, the staff is friendly and professional. Thank you, we will be back.

Skyland Barber Shop was amazing! My 2 year old is usually very nervous when getting his hair cut, but they made him feel very comfortable. They have a police car chair and a fire truck chair for kids. They also let him pink out a Hot Wheels Car from a toolbox drawer. Ryane was very good with our son and did a wonderful job!

My husband stopped in for a man’s haircut and bird trim. Gry was great! Will definitely be back when we are in town! Great atmosphere, great price!

Lisa and Tom run a great local business here. I got my haircut yesterday. Lisa is very patient and communicative asking what the customer wants instead of assuming. She did a wonderful job! There’s very few old time barbershops left any more. The average, retail, hair cutting places with inexperienced 19 year olds cutting hair are everywhere.

My kids ( boys) love ms. Ryan. They will put up with long hair before going to see anyone else for a haircut. She is very personable and kind. She does a great job making the boys AND MOM happy with their hair!

Great service, very knowledgeable and relateable conversational skills.. Trina takes Her time explaining hair care to my Son as well as meticulous with His skin fade. Great atmosphere and very comfortable service. She made it an easy decision to keep my Son coming back for His great fade.

Ryane is absolutist amazing. She gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had and is the definition of kind. Great lady to talk to and she just did a quick efficient job. Happy to have found my new stylist for a great cut.

The owner Mikey and Ryane the barber were absolutely awesome. They helped get my dad in for a surprise shave before closing on one of the busiest days of the year. Not only was it a great shave, they were very kind and exemplifying the character only the NC mountains can build in you. Would recommend to anyone.

Ryane was incredible! I’ve needed my hair cut for several weeks and was so nervous to walk in and have a random person cut my hair. So grateful for Ryane. She is so sweet and my hair looks amazing!

Got a haircut recently from Ryane and gotta say it might be my favorite haircut I’ve ever had. She did a great job. I’m really bad at describing what I want done but she figured it out. Was very nice and easy to talk to. Will be back!

Ms. Denise did a great job with my son's haircut...even though he is a wiggle worm! They gave him a hot wheel when he was finished which was very sweet.

This shop has been amazing with my boys. It is hard to get my three boys 7 and under to get their haircut. It is always so smooth and fast.
