I saw Connie today for the first time and I had the best most thorough dental cleaning I’ve ever had in all my 77 years! What a blessing she was to me! No one before has ever discussed my gum disease as well as she did with me and took the time to really take care of my teeth. Love the dentists here as well!

(Brevard Office) All the staff were professional and genuinely caring in the way they helped make my procedure as painless as possible. Nobody wants to go through an extraction, but, life happens.
Throughout the procedure, Dr. Harrell and his hygienist, showed compassion and caring for what I was going through. The procedure could not have been easier and nearly painless for their patient.

I am pleased to write a review of Mountain Perio, Hendersonville office. I have been going to Dr. Fertik for 18 years. He and his entire staff have been exceptional in their care and expertise. I have come to know them all because every time I have an appointment, I am greeted warmly, and by name. Dr. Fertik is a wonderful dentist. He explains everything in a very clear and understandable way. I am given options for treatment when there is more than one way to solve a problem (and I have had many). I would like to name the staff members I have come to know because they are all so special: Robyn, Kim, Stacey, Theresa, and Theresa. I recommend this office and have no reservations doing so. They are tops in my book.

Hendersonville office staff and doctor Fertik are excellent. Happy with my initial two visits and plan to continue using this office. Would recommend it to others seeking perio treatment.

Dr. Deresciuc extracted two of my upper molars at the beginning of January. The procedure went smoothly and I healed quickly. Dr. Deresciuc explained, in laymen’s terms, the procedure, what needed to be done in the future and options to discuss with my primary dentist. I recommend Dr. Deresciuc and Mountain Perio to anyone needing periodontics expertise. I’m grateful to him and his gracious, friendly staff.

Any time I call in to Mountain Perio office I speak with Kristine. She is always on top of things and answers all my questions or concerns or knows where to get the information and gets back to me. Kristine is a great asset to their office.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Shefter and the staff. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed, and was treated with kindness and compassion every step of the way. I'm so grateful that I found them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. P.S. Robin is awesome!

Wonderful team there.They got me in fast and where very kind and helpful.Told me what to expect and it was spot on.I would recommend them to anyone in need of dental work.Nobody wants to have to go but if you have to I would go there.

Very friendly and professional staff. I actually don't dred going to the dentist anymore.

Service was very good. Question the bill before the service. My fault! They don't take insurance which should have been my clue. They do charge 75 percent more than area average according to insurance info. Don't mind paying a premium but 1500 dollars more on a 2000 dollar bill should be illegal.

CAVEAT EMPTOR. Get a second opinion. I left and went somewhere else because I found this practice rude and off putting. I literally felt like a number. Upon seeing another doctor, I found that their measurements were all wrong and my teeth were in better shape than they told me and the price they quoted me for gum surgery was heavily inflated. $2500 per quadrant. Good Luck. This is not your only option for perio care.

Save yourself time and money by going somewhere else.
