My CPAP rep is the best. He’s there to answer questions and has helped me enormously with my face mask troubles. Thanks to him I have the most comfortable items to keep me on the right track with my sleep apnea and machine.

My machine quit working at 1:23 a.m. this morning. A technician was at my home by 5 a.m. this morning. God bless my husband for staying up changing bottles for me and for Tim Baldwin for coming out and replacing my oxygenator at 5:00 in the morning. He came from at least an hour and a half away from my home. The best care you could ever ask for is with this company!

Roger had the new machine already programmed and efficiently reviewed the the small differences between the two machines. We also updated the app on my phone. I was out in 20 minutes.

In 30 minutes we learned more about Ray's CPAP than we have in the past 13+ years.

Today I went to Ameri-Quipt in Hendersonville for a training class to familiarize myself with the operation of a CPAP machine. The gentleman who trained me was a very well-qualified specialist who taught me the operation and maintenance of the apparatus. I recommend this company if you need a CPAP machine.
