My wife and I live in New York and we are moving to Asheville. I did a lot of homework regarding home insurance. Assured Partners matched the best insurance prices I found while also being local, hands on and very helpful every step of the way.

To be honest, I was about to switch my personal home, rental properties and auto policies to another firm since Assured Partners bought out Webb Insurance. However, before deciding on which agency I planned to switch all my policies, I had a few urgent changes I needed to make to several policies, and got connected with Monica Israel. Due to her professionalism and excellent assistance, I have decided to keep all my policies with Assured Partners. She also recommended switching a couple condominium policies to a new carrier, which showed me she was looking out for my best interests. Very impressive.

As a long term customer of Webb Insurance, I wanted the same personalized service I had experienced when Assured Partners bought them out. I was becoming frustrated with getting a different person every time I called, until I spoke with Kim Edwards. She has been willing to not only speak with me about my insurance needs, but, has actually "talked" with me, so that I feel like I know what my insurance needs should be. She never acts like I am a bother, even though, I have even reached her on her cell after hours!!! Kim Edwards continues to provide THE BEST personalized service I have ever had.

My husband and I have recently filed 2 separate claims on our auto policy (bad luck)! Both times we contacted Monica at Assured Partners in Asheville. She was able to advise me what I needed to do both times, and was able to help things go smoothly with each claim. Monica is my best friend, but has always acted in a professional manner when it comes to our insurance policies! I recommend calling her when you have any need for insurance!

I worked with my real estate settlement attorney to get an insurance broker who could handle my monoline GL policy on new land. He directed me to Assured Partners. I bound a GL policy on land under development with no issues. I have now bound my homeowners/auto coverage with my new-build house completed.
