The UPS Store

I returned an item that was bought on Amazon which was not correct so I took it back to the UPS store here in Lancaster South Carolina. I had to wait in line because there was a customer ahead of me but the man behind the counter was doing an excellent job of processing the customer in front of me he was very polite very quick very courteous. When it was my turn You waited on me very very efficiently and I thought it was my duty as a please customer to let that man know how good of a job that he was doing in not to give it up. I wish I knew what the employee's name was so I could have posted it here on this Google review, but if you read this you'll know who you are and again great job.

They were very friendly! We were in and out. I would definitely recommend this ups store.

Greatest staff ever. I’m a regular in there & they are always super helpful. Never been mistreated nor have I seen them get upset with another customer. Couldn’t ask for more friendly or more polite customer service!

My go to place when my scanner, computer or my printer goes down. Fast and efficient. So easy to return Amazon products and I was able to drop off my DirectTv box when we cancelled their service. I have always had great service.
** Update- they have a Notary in the store. I was able to sign my documents, have them notarized and shipped all in one visit.

I had to return an item to Amazon. I went in and was greeted and helped immediately. I didn't have the original packaging but they took care of that at no charge. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes and my money was back in my account later that same day. They made everything simple and easy. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Never have an issue here. I'm always in and out quickly and the staff is all friendly.

I'm so glad that I found this UPS Store in Lancaster! We really needed help in shipping furniture and other items Overseas to Germany. Mike and his team are friendly and very professional. We got our shipment last week, we are pleased and very happy. Thank you to you all.

I went in with a picture that I needed enlarged. I wasn't expecting to get it until the next day. Anna went right to work on it and enlarged it to the perfect size on the first try. I was totally amazed at her efficiency. I'm thinking she is new to this store, but i want Mike to know how impressed I was with her work expertise. The best part of it was that I didn't have to come back the next day. Only took about 5 min. Anna is a keeper!! Morgan was also very friendly. That certainly makes a difference to the customer!!

Anna, created business cards for me and the quality and design was excellent just like I asked for, and the card where finished in the time I was promised.
I have been coming to the store, since the new management took over and I have always been very satisfied with their mailbox services, printing, UPS shipping and receiving mail and packages from UPS Fe-Dex and US mail.

The experience I had with this store was phenomenal. All of the associates are so well mannered and really make you feel at home! It doesn't matter if I'm printing, or shipping with them they always provide the best service any customer could ask for. They always go above and beyond for me and I would never go to or trust anyone else! Go find out for yourself! Love these guys!

Absolutely Satisfied...this store location is SERVICE personified!!! We love the convenience of them being next door to us. Anytime we need copies, flyers made, packages shipped, they are our go to! Morgan, Anna, Tyler and Colton ALWAYS pitch in and work like a team when we have a larger situation and need more than one persons help. Today, Morgan and Anna both helped me ship a package. Highly recommend using them for all your printing and notary needs!

I went in today and spoke with Morgan about my brochures I needed for my business. Morgan helped me come up with a plan and shortly after lunch emailed me and got everything set up. Later this afternoon I picked everything up. All in under one business day and I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality!

I changed my stars because the service is great but I still think y'all's hours are wrong on the door this is the 2nd time I have came around 8:20 and the door is locked. It's not a big deal but y'all should fix the hours on the door and on here.

Always have a great experience in this store. Today Steven helped me send back 2 large boxes! I was prepared to have to go through a lot to get them ready to be shipped back, but he handled everything for me & advised the best way to ship them back. Great employees!!

My experience with this store has been great. The management has gone above and beyond to be sure the product I wanted was exactly the way I had thought it should be. I am so happy I made the decision to use The UPS Store to make the table banner for my business. I will for sure be using them for more of my business and personal printing needs!

Unbelievable excellent experience. After UPS corporate lost my packages, then found them and sent them back then manager of this store overnighted them at no cost to me! I wont go to any other store!

I was in dire need of business cards. Anna designed my card and had them printed within an hour. The design of the cards that Anna drew up was incredible and beyond my expectations. Great job Anna and enjoy your free lunch!!!!

Morgan was a huge help! She made a client medical intake form for my massage therapy business. I gave her all my ideas...and she had it ready within 24 hours! It was perfect!

This store is great I go there every week.
