Cavender's Boot City

Worth the stop. They have all the good stuff. Wish I could have stayed and had a hat fitted but we spent enough as it was :) . Staff was helpful and friendly. Would come back again for sure.

Great place for Western wear. Yet, even us city-slickers will find something of interest. There's even modern footwear, such as Hey Dude, in addition to their boots. Real leather accessories are nice too and it's not only cow leather that's available.

Briana was Very sweet and Super kind and ready to help when I couldn't find the 2nd boot and she offered to help with no luck. Briana after being unable to find the matching boot offered a discount and shipping to send us a new pair. She went Way and beyond to help us as she was multitasking with other customers successfully. DEFINITELY will be back,Thank you for your Outstanding efforts Briana.

I just want to say the store smells like leather. Love the smell. Big western store with great brands and big inventory of clothing. The boot selection is great. it's just hard to select one. Found some good blouses for my wife and good-looking shirts for me. The hat section is well stocked in a variety of cowboy hats. They are also a place to get a hat fitted. Size it just for your head size. Just have to see the place to enjoy the products they have.

This place was normal price for boots price weren't triple the price like other boot stores in the area. Some shoes were on sale and they had ton of selection on every boot. Also all of the employees were nice and didn't pester you when you were shoping.

Just went in out of curiosity to see if they had what I was looking for. Of course, they did and at a great FN price. The cashier was super helpful. Great shopping experience when another (overseas) shopper actually kneels & bows to me simply because I some tattoos showing and also brings his buddies over to check me out.

Love this store! I buy stuff there everytime in in the area. Hope to visit again soon!

This is a really nice layout in their new location. There are lots of options in boots, apparel, and accessories. I picked up a nice Ariat wallet here and intend to get back to get a few hats as well. The young woman at the front counter was helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were clean.

Really nice place, staff very friendly and helpful and even gave us 10% off, lots to choose from. If you are Cowboy or Rancher you will love this place

New store large choice of boots, needed 14 EEEE, wasnt available in the store, they could order on line for me though

We LOVE Cavenders!! We haven’t shopped at one since we left TX, & this one in Sevierville didn’t disappoint!!! Best Western place around!!! We were always regular customers & that won’t seem to change any time soon!!!

Nice boot store. Plenty of boots and clothes to pick from. Prices aren't cheap but they are what I would expect to pay anywhere else. Shayne helped me out and was very nice to talk with.

My grandson and I went there opening day i was very impressed with the store reasonable prices all the workers was so good to help we will definitely be returning
