Overall amazing experience. right away you are greeted at the door with smiling faces and exceptional service. Evan greeted us with offers to get us drinks while we walked around. As we walked around Laura (manger) also came around to greeted us as well and they helped us with smiling faces and amazing attitudes. Amazing prices as well and it seems like the company cares about its customers!!

We had a really great experience here. The salespeople are not commission based, so they weren't high pressure at all, which was greatly appreciated. They let us wander the store and remained available to answer questions without pushing. We went in for a bedroom set and ended up leaving with bedroom and living room set. They are also very affordable and much of their furniture is locally made. We left here very, very happy.

I found this store getting a coffee at the McDonald's in the same parking lot! I needed a lamp and was going to pass it up because I didn't think I would find one at a reasonable place! OMG! I was very wrong! I am madly in love with this store! Not overwhelmed by what Home Zone offered. The layout is done where I can see accessories and lamps from across the room! I was so excited to find the price of the lamp in my budget and had enough for accessories! We are remodeling our Day Center where we serve people in crisis, (if you know anything about the mess we have to temporarily live in until the job is done then you know what I mean). Evan allowed me to shop, checked in periodically to see if I needed anything, and located items I couldn't find that I needed more of! Loyal customer and I can't wait to decorate my home with the new living room I found for a fraction of the price! Best experience ever! Evan proved customer service is not dead and it is still top tier! Now when I get coffee, I'm definitely checking out my new Home Zone Furniture store!

Came in a few days to browse their selection randomly with my fiancé during a Memorial Day sale and was greeted by Evan and offered drinks or snacks, and then Laura! Overall a fantastic experience with great prices, sales team did let me know they were not a commission based company so therefore every interaction I had with any sales member didn’t feel forced in any way or seeming like they were pressuring me to buy anything. Fast forward a couple days after picking up the bed frame I was originally interested in I came back to purchase it. And again was assisted by Evan! He walked me through every step of the process and was very knowledgeable about the product.

Overall 10/10 highly suggest this store and will be coming back aswell as referring friends and family!

We just had the best experience with Francisco at Home Zone in Richardson Tx. Every employee was super nice and offered us drinks and ice cream several times! Francisco was able to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the different furniture pieces and protection plans available. We are very happy with our experience.

This store is a delight. Low pressure, but great deals on many of the essentials we needed for a new apartment. The Asst Manager Laura helped us both at the Richardson and Allen stores over a few weekends and she’s one of reasons we kept coming back - she really understood what we were looking for, and she was very patient as I picked out the perfect bedroom set and some dining room pieces. I wouldn’t hesitate to send any of my friends and family back to Home Zone and I’d recommend Laura to anyone. Thank you for a thoughtful and satisfying morning at your store. I know once we fully get settled, we’ll be back to visit for some finishing touches to liven up the place.

We had such a great experience visiting Home Zone in Richardson! We found the store just from a simple Google search of "furniture stores near me" and saw others who had great experiences, too, and decided to stop by. We went in looking for a new couch/couches and found the perfect fit for us and our space. High-quality products, materials, and customer service! Evan was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products, and we are so happy to have come across this store. We will definitely be back in the future as we grow our home!

My experience with Evan was great! He was so attentive to my needs as customer. He even went out of his way to pull rugs and ottoman’s to insure they matched my overall living room color scheme. Evan was great help, very kind and attentive to details. He helped us find the perfect nightstand for our guest rooms. Went above & beyond to make our visit comfortable and offered water & snacks while we waited for our purchase to be finalized. This is our second time coming to the store, and we will definitely come back.

Very nice experience here with Francisco. This was our first time visiting a Home Zone and we were happy with the wide selection and options for configuring. There was no pressure and Francisco went over everything regarding the Goof Proof option with us making the decision to go with a white couch with 2 kids a little less scary! This is the only place I'll be buying my furniture from going forward.

Francisco was very helpful and knowledgeable during our visit to the Plano location. He never hovered yet was always readily available whenever we had a question. He ensured that we felt comfortable and never pressured us. He was respectful of our space as well as a comforting presence. When it came time to purchasing, he was very thorough in explanations and breakdowns of all the price points so whenever it came to the total after all the taxes and fees, we didn’t feel duped. Thank you Francisco for all your help and continue the excellent work that you do in your part in building our beautiful dream homes.

I purchased a sofa from Home Zone. Evan who helped me in the showroom was excellent. I purchased on my first visit thanks to his extra help! The delivery was on time, efficient, and they took great care with my sofa and my home. I will definitely purchase from them again and I highly recommend them. Great quality and great price!

First they are military friendly!! Mad respect when our military are being forgotten by most business. Thank you for that. Francisco was great on explaining all the furniture ,and bed we purchased on today. Today was the first time my husband and I had ever visited a Home Zone so it was a very beautiful store priced very reasonable.
The manager provided us with snacks so today was a win win for us. We will be back again.

Laura was very professional and helpful! She explained the different payment options to me and offered me something to drink. I had been looking at other furniture stores and it was hot outside and none of them did that! I will definitely be back for all of my furniture needs. Laura was great! Theo was very helpful and polite. He immediately directed me to the couch we were interested in, answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, and thanked me for coming in. We went home, made our measurements and decided on a different configuration with the some of the pieces, and arranged to come in the next day to purchase.
