Edgewater Hotel and Conference Center Gatlinburg

My husband and I recently spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and all of the staff are extremely kind and friendly. We enjoyed the location as we were able to walk to most things in Gatlinburg which saved us money on parking. We plan to stay here on our next trip to the area, and I would recommend staying here to anyone!

5/5 stars. They let us check in early because we had a crying baby in the car. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean aside from some maintenance. The pool and both hot tubs were absolutely amazing! Perfect location! The only complaint I have is the breakfast isn’t that great but other than that I would recommend to everyone.

Wonderful hotel stay right in the middle of Gatlinburg. Nice, clean rooms with fresh smell in room and around hotel. Even the bathrooms in the lobby were impressive! It was the perfect location for walking to all of our favorite restaurants and activities! We had a fireplace in our room that needed the pilot light lit, and maintenance was there within 5 mins!

I visited Gatlinburg for the first time this past weekend for a work event. Almost all 40+ of us stayed at Edgewater. The service was excellent and the location is central to everything going on in downtown. I hear we're coming back next year! :) The room, the service, the breakfast...hard to beat for the price. Thank you Edgewater for contributing to a great weekend!

We were thrilled with our stay. It was a last minute decision to come, but well worth it. The hotel garage is a little low and people tend to park taking up too much space, but there was never an issue finding a spot. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was clean and everything was in working order....beds were comfortable. The free breakfast had something for everyone and the dining room was kept very clean and had a nice layout so it wasn't crowded even when full. Our favorite feature was of course the indoor/outdoor heated pool with waterfalls and a slide, plus two hot tubs. The outdoor patio with the fireplace and rocking chairs were relaxing as well. It was within walking distance of the main strip too! We are definitely coming back!!!

My son and I got the the hotel edge water that we booked.I read some of the bad reviews the night before and were suppose to go .Got to the hotel and I asked to talk to the manager Debra. I told her my concerns and she showed me around the whole entire hotel. She also took me to two different rooms and showed me the rooms. The hotel looked nice. The rooms looked nice.Debra was what you would want in customer service.The 2 ladies up front Cindy and Marsha were just the nicest..I want to said thank you so much for just being great people.I will be back!🎄Merry Christmas

Stay the weekend for 28th wedding anniversary. The hot tub was very relaxing! The mountain view from the balcony was nice too.
Parking spots were tight squeeze. But over all great place to stay within walking distance to everything!

Loved the fact that I was able to get free breakfast, explore nearby, and be able to come back and relax in the jacuzzi. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible AT ALL, my manual chair barely fit in the lobby bathroom, and the bathroom in my room I couldn't even make it in.

My husband and I stayed here for Valentines week was excellent customer service maintenance crew would talk with us as well as house keeping everyone was so nice continental breakfast was good had a king suite with balcony was a gorgeous view of the town and the mountains will be staying again would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is kept very well and the breakfast is fine. The parking is very tight, if you have two vehicles I'd go with the smaller one. It's right across the street from the Gatlinburg strip.

This place was wonderful. Very nice,clean and close to everything. Staff was very courteous and sweet. Had a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location!! Right off the main strip. Easy access to everything. The staff is great, super friendly. Room very nice, very comfortable beds. Loved the pillows!! LOL!! Breakfast was good. Pool was very nice. The 2 hot tubs were fabulous!! Would definitely recommend!!

Attended a conference. The staff was 5 star. Warm inviting. Good breakfast. Very conveniently located to attractions and restaurants.

Had a great time with the family. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The kids loved the unique pool feature where you could swim under a wall to go from outside to inside. Location is very convenient and made walking the main strip super easy. Will definitely come back!

Loved my stay. It was so nice to wake up to beautiful mountain views in the morning. Location was close to all the action. I could walk out the front door to the river & go fishing. The rooms are very nice. I enjoyed the pool & hot tubs while there. The staff is amazing. They go above & beyond to make your stay pleasurable. I would definitely stay here again. We have stayed at this hotel on two different times. We love the location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and bright. The bathrooms were clean. The pool and hot tub area is clean amd relaxing. The dining room is clean and bright. The food is good. I do see some signs of wear and tear through the hotel but I would assume this is normal considering the large amount of people that come through here. I would stay again and would recommend this hotel to family amd friends.

So I read a couple of the reviews before even booking the room. Yes the elevator is slow and yes the room are a little out dated. But people you are in totally walking distance to everything. I enjoyed everything that Gatlinburg had to offer. And the hubby and I will definitely be back!!!

Nice place in the heart of Gatlinburg. Staff are very helpful and nice. The only thing I wish they would change is their breakfast bar. Same thing everyday

Priced right. Cozy room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff walking distance to everything.
