While San Antonio lends itself to so many major department stores, there is one particular shop that has led the way for many years. I have shopped at Grove Hill since 2001, and it should be a must stop for every woman who is conscience about her style and design.
Shimmer and shine to professional and elegant, Grove Hill offers an abundant selection with beautifully blended fabrics that wear so well. A great deal of thought goes into any purchase made at market by Gretchen and her collection certainly shows it.

Some of the jean collection to be found are, Hudson Paige, Joe's Jeans, David Kahn, Citizens of Humanity and Cookie Johnson.
Other popular collections in dresses and blouses are Johnny Was, Minnie Rose and Dizzie Lizzie. If you've never worn blouses by Finley that alone is reason enough to visit Gretchen, Janye, Jamie or Jane. You will find yourself in love with these.
Jewelry by Virgin Saints & Angels and gillian-julius will find you longing for more. Truly enough can not be said about either of these !!
Beyond a boutique, better than the best, the store covers in excess of 6,000 sq.ft. with a comfy fire place and seating area for those who accompany you on your shopping.
Alterations are always done professionally in a prompt and timely manner.
Grove Hill has become my only stop for clothing.

Beautiful store!

Really rude women inside this store.

When I walked in at a few minutes after 5pm, the lady greeted me and then said - you have about 10 minutes.

When I asked about other sizes in a particular dress the woman curtly replied “medium” - implying that I couldn’t fit in a medium.

I have never felt so unwelcome and judged in a store.

What’s worse is, I was told about this store by a really friendly lady when I was shopping earlier in the day. I’m sure she would be embarrassed to know how it was treated at a store she recommended.

Horrible company. Rude owner and ugly product. Do not go near this business

Horrible service. I don’t think they understand how cross-marketing works either.
