The food was great and not overly priced. We had very good service that was SUPER fast and had a great view while we ate. Also a 3rd floor outdoor eating area which was open but we felt it would be too cold to eat there right now. There were quite a few steps to get up to the restaurant.

We are here for a girls' weekend. We loved this place a definite must try. The drinks were awesome. Food was fantastic. Service was outstanding.

Came here Saturday Dinner time lobby was full, wait time was approximately 20min got seated after only 5min of waiting. Once we made it to our table to the 2nd floor server came introduced himself got our drinks order super quick, placed our order and they brought it out in less than 10min, have in mind it was at their busy hour. Food was great, prices were reasonable. Definitely enjoyed dinner here. Nice atmosphere

Had to get the fried pickles, brisket tacos, bbq sampler and a peach tea. Everything was AMAZING! Would eat here every day. All the food came out hot and cooked to perfection. 5plus stars!!

F***** Amazing!!! This place hits the mark on all levels. My friend had the BBQ sampler, this is not an appetizer! It was a plate full of tasty BBQ treats! 1/2 rack of Smoky BBQ ribs, 2 big pieces of bbq chicken and a good portion of BBQ pulled pork with 3 sides! Beans, coleslaw, and potato salad. None of which came from a can. Beans were Smoky and the potato salad was seasoned and flavored just right and the coleslaw was very good. I had the baked chicken salad. They roasted the chicken and flavored it with the perfect seasoning. The salad portion was greens, cranberries, pecans , and some other things that made it the perfect blend. The server was amazing. Quick. And attentive. We loved the decor a mix of old fashioned BBQ and distillery. Vintage signage and posters all around. It was a visual treat. You will not be disappointed!!

We stopped in after going to Sky park. We sat in the bar area and had a great chat with the bartender. Super friendly and mixed a good drink. My salad was very fresh and tasty. It had a great atmosphere. It does have an outdoor seating area, but we were hot from the park so we sat inside. I would definitely recommend. Lots of food choices.

We wandered in here for a meal after shopping til we almost dropped! I had the chicken parm and my husband ate the smoked meat leaf and mashed taters. It was soooo good!!! Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. I really recommend trying out this place!

This was a great experience for us. The service was absolutely outstanding, and the food was even better. My smoked meatloaf was the best meatloaf I have ever had including my own moms home cooked meatloaf! Absolutely delicious!! The banana pudding was homemade and also very good. I recommend this place very highly!!

We sat around the corner from the bar near the outdoor seating area so we had a really nice view of the street!
The server recommended a few dishes and that helped us decide on what dish to pick from, especially because it was our first time coming to this lovely restaurant.
We had a really good time here talking with the bartender/server he was wonderful. My son took a great liking to him especially talking about the toys he's collected.
The bathrooms were clean and well taken care of.
They had great prices as well.

The food was spot on and the service was great. They have the best prices for a good meal on the strip.

Great atmosphere! Service is great and staff is super hospitable. Smoked Beef Brisket sandwich was superb! Definitely a must-stop restaurant in Gatlinburg.

Xavier took excellent care of us for lunch. My wife had the Mama Bear Burger and I had the Pit Master Macdaddy. Her burger was good, but the Macdaddy was amazing. Everyone there was having a great time and the menu has something for everyone. The only issue is that if you need to use the elevator, it is several doors down the street it's not nearly as nice as the rest of the restaurant.

Great food at a great price! We had a party of 8 and were seated quickly. Our waitress did an amazing job! The fried pickles were so good!

We had lunch here while on our visit. The food was good. The waiter was friendly and prompt. Would definitely recommend it.

We were greeted and seated immediately. The downstairs hostess radioed up and we were given a booth and drink orders taken right away. I realized they have a really neat seating area with a wall of windows overlooking the street, so we asked if we could change sections and they accommodated us, which was so nice.

This place has the best fried pickles I've ever had. The batter is crispy, the pickles are flavorful, and the dipping sauce is perfect!! I got some kind of barbecue burger with two patties. Portion sizes are generous and prices are fair. Decent drink selection with some fun sounding cocktails. The fries and tater tots are perfect. Whoever runs their fryer in the kitchen has it down to an art. A science. A magic.

Also we noticed that they use a GOOD cleaning solution. The tables still smell very faintly of bleach. Please don't take that as a negative, it's so much better than tables being faintly sticky.

Jesse was our bartender two days in a row. He is very friendly and gives you great food recommendations. I had the meatloaf and my hubby had the platter. It was so good! We went back for lunch the next day and I had a French dip and it was phenomenal! I highly recommend this place! The staff, Jesse and Sawyer, are amazing and the food is so delicious.

Food tasted amazing!! Was just bigger portions than I was ready for. Felt bad bc I couldn’t finish it all. Staff was really friendly and I thought the space was set up nicely.

Nice place, wait time to be seated was not to long. Nice atmosphere, plenty of seating. The bathrooms are on 3rd level, there's steps but I don't know if there's an elevator for persons with disabilities.
Service was good, a nice variety of meal options. I got smoked half chicken, it was also okay, I couldn't tell it was smoked, it seemed likely baked and BBQ sauce brushed on. I was hungry and ate the whole half, so guess it wasn't to bad. If I was in the area again I wouldn't object to dining there and trying some other menu options.
