Hauk Custom Pools

This was our second pool build with Hauk and the experience exceeded our expectations. Tim our designer was great to work with and was very patient in helping us perfect the design. The build process was extremely smooth – Brock our construction manager was the absolute best. There was constant communication and updates throughout the process. We brought a few small items to Brock’s attention during the build and he was very quick to contact the various trades to have the items corrected. His follow through on punch list items following pool completion was timely and thorough. Jimmy the lighting guy designed a fantastic lighting package for the stone walls and outdoor kitchen/structure. The pool was completed ahead of the initially proposed timeline which is impressive given that current state of the construction industry. Thank you for a smooth process, and a special thanks to Brock for his attention to detail, and for getting this done so quickly!

We started a pool build with Hauk so far and Andreas, our construction manager and Tim, our salesperson have been more than helpful and so responsive. We cannot wait until the pool & our backyard is done and I'm sure we will enjoy it for years to come!

Update: our pool is done and our backyard looks amazing and we are so happy with the quality and service we received from Andreas our project manager and Tim our salesperson. We also had amazing landscape lighting done by Jimmy. He made our backyard shine at night! It's exactly what we wanted and love being in our backyard! We would use Hauk again and definitely recommend them!

Brock, our Project Manager, has been great to work with. He has superior customer service skills and is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and processes involved in the pool build.

Love our pool! Brock, the project manager, was by far the best part of our experience. He answered all of our questions, big and small (first-time pool builders), communicated well, and just overall seemed like he actually wanted what was best for us, not just trying to make money. Blake had great ideas for the design of the pool, just make sure that you’re confirming everything that you talk with Blake about is written in the paperwork + confirmed with the PM that it’s possible! Overall, we feel very happy with our pool and experience!

When we decided to build our pool, we were referred to Hauk by one of our neighbors. Hauk build his and his next door neighbor’s pool and both were very happy with the outcome and also the warranty repairs. I submitted a request for a free quote and got a response from Gabe a few days later. He came over and spent an hr talking to us about the design and what we wanted. We loved working with Gabe, he was very professional and listened to all of our must haves. A week later we were in his office going over the design and we really loved what he came up with! We were assigned to work with Andreas (PM) who was absolutely amazing! We had a tons of questions and Andreas helped answer all of them. He’s very responsive via text and email and got things done. Overall we are very happy how the pool turned out. Will update my comment with more pics when weather permits. Thank you Team Hauk!

Jimmy, the Hauk lighting professional is amazing. He took my vision of making my backyard feel like Miami to another level. He knew exactly what we wanted to do and ran with it. He is flexible and very professional. He helped me understand how to use the app and I have his number and can text as needed if I have any issues. Super sweet guy. Our backyard lighting looks amazing and the lights are customizable and fun.

We had HAUK build our pool about 9 years ago. We were very pleased with our pool building experience. Recently, HAUK started weekly maintenance service. Since we enjoy working with HAUK, we immediately hired for our weekly service. We are extremely happy with the service we've been receiving from service technician JARED. We've been through a few service companies in the last few years. By far, Jared/Hauk has been doing a great job. Our pool looks better already and it's only been a few weeks. It is evident that Jared takes his time with the checking of chemicals and brushing of all walls. Very, very happy with the service we're getting.

We love our pool. Blake drew up a great design, Brock followed through on construction and Jimmy did some amazing lighting. I have a resort in my backyard!!!

We bought our pool from Hauk 2 years ago (plastered 23 1/2 months ago). We love our pool. Robby Hauk clearly cares about his customers and the ongoing quality and enjoyment we have of our pool. Hauk has been very responsive when needed after a great build experience.

We used Hauk Custom Pools as our pool builder and I am very happy that we went this company. They have been a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with our pool. Our project manager, Brock has been the absolute best part of this process. He was always on top of potential issues, he always kept us updated on the latest phases and masterfully planned out the schedule of the different work crews that preformed the work. From start to finish our pool was completed in 80 days, which is amazing as we have heard stories about pools taking 8 months to 1 year. I highly recommend Hauk Custom Pools for your backyard pool project.

Both Cory and Brock were fantastic. Cory completely understood what we were looking for and designed in perfectly - within budget. Project Manager Brock kept us well informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent with no surprises. Very professional and had such an eye for detail. Really appreciated the little things we asked for and he accommodated every step of the way. Hauk comes highly recommended by us, our backyard is now a tropical oasis - so when you go with Hauk you must insist on Cory and Brock!

We were so pleased with Hauk from the design conception of our backyard project, all the way through the construction and completion! They did a superior job on our pool and outdoor living. We worked with Colby on the design side, and Sammy was our project manager. Both were extremely nice to work with, great and timely with communication, and genuinely cared that we were pleased with the entire process. We happily recommend them to anyone considering a pool! Our entire experience with Hauk Custom Pools was better than expected. The initial consultation and all the way through the design process with Jaime was great! Brock, our Project Manager, was amazing and dealt with my myriad of questions with patience and professionalism. Brock was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, no matter how trivial. He always kept me informed of when and what to expect for every stage of the construction process and thoroughly answered anything I asked of him. This is our second pool, and first from Hauk. Tim Ryan was a salesperson and Sammy Trevino was our PM. We chose Hauk after talking to several neighbors who had all gone with them over a variety of other builders. All of them said that their experiences with Hauk were very positive as well. Tim was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was very patient and really listened to us. We built a monster diver (34K Gallons) with the biggest hot-tub we've seen and couldn't be more pleased with the overall quality of the materials and workmanship as well as their service. It was not a perfect build by any means, as all have issues that come up. When they did arise, Sammy was on top of it and did what he said he'd do in the time he said it every time! We'd definitely recommend Hauk and use them again as well! (We also bought the PV3 Paramount in-floor cleaning system and it's been really fantastic! Highly recommend it!) . Thanks Hauk!

Hauk Custom Pools does great work at a competitive price! We had Tim Ryan as our sales guy and he did an excellent job at customizing the design to fit our needs as a growing family, as well as being able to maximize the design features within our backyard space. He was able to incorporate existing covered patio structure seamlessly into the pool/spa/kitchen/fire pit combo and we couldn't be happier. Tim was very responsive during the sales process and always made my wife and I comfortable during the entire process -- highly recommend Tim!

During the construction phase, Sammy Trevino was our project manager -- he treated our home like it was his own, and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. While there were a few hiccups during pool equipment installation, gas line extensions into the fire pit and outdoor grill, etc., Sammy was always willing to hear our concerns and make it right. While we are extremely pleased with the finished product, I would highly encourage others to stay on top of their subcontractors and tie off regularly with your project manager. Ultimately, Hauk delivered above and beyond what was covered in the contract and was willing to make sure that we (along with our adjacent neighbors) were totally satisfied with the workmanship - from start to finish. Highly recommend Sammy Trevino as a project manager.

We bid out Hauk against two other pool companies in the area, and we are so happy we chose them -- not only for the design they delivered which has transformed our backyard living space, but also for the high quality of material and overall workmanship!

We couldn't be happier with our new pool! We interviewed several pool companies and knew at the start that Hauk would be the best choice. It started with Cory who made the sales and design process a delight. Other companies were hard to schedule and didn't truly listen us for the design. Brock was our project manager who was extremely knowledgeable and kept us properly updated through the whole process. He also did a great job in explaining each step. Jimmy installed the lights and that has made a big difference in the night time ambience. Highly recommend Hauk and our new backyard is absolutely beautiful!!

Even better than expected!! After narrowing down from 5 options for a pool builder, we chose Hauk Custom Pools and I'm so glad we did. The build started 2 months ago with our Salesman Tim Ryan. He was clear on what to expect and very knowledgeable on all options, equipment and the timeline. Additionally, behind the scenes, Cynthia Gonzales was also super helpful and quick to respond whenever I had a question. We were soon handed off to Kyle Wojtowicz our Project Manager. Kyle was really easy to work with and constantly in communication with both myself and my husband. He started to feel like family. Every subcontractor assigned to our job was polite, professional and an expert in their own field. Its been a little over 2 months and we can now swim! Everything turned out beautifully. I read horror stories and did a lot of research before choosing Hauk. Trust me when I tell you, you will not be disappointed!

PS-I have never taken the time to write a Google review..but this time I had to, they deserve it!

We had a great experience with them. Our parents had used them to build a pool in the past and we really enjoyed the design experience and how knowledgeable Gabe was when it was our time to build. We liked that he wasn’t overly pushy and genuinely seemed to want the best for us. After we closed and paid our deposit we had a change in personal circumstances and had to cancel the project. Even after all the initial work they did, they could not have been more understanding and gave us a full refund. Would highly recommend.

**Update**

Hauk Custom Pools finally came out today and addressed our last remaining issue that we’ve been trying to get fixed since early March.

The end result is a beautiful product and one we are proud of.

Elegant and modern (which we wanted) design and the main build construction timeline of the pool was approximately 7 weeks.

Kevyon was our tech today. He was very respectful and professional. He explained a couple of the needed steps during cleaning today and was very informative. I hope he is our tech moving forward!
