Great transportation department

CISD transportation is awful. I called them as my daughter's bus is late every day this week by more than 25 mins and they tell me if they don't like the service they can remove my child from transportation services. No desire to check and fix the issue. The lady who answers the phone has 0 customer service skills and deserves to be shown the door.

This year has been a horrible experience and it continues to get worse . My husband and I have left messages for manager and he never calls back . Tried calling people above him but nothing gets resolved and the drivers do not follow voice guided tablets they are suppose to use, per training they received. The information in Skyward does not match the maps they have . My son does not have a stop on our block for pick up in the mornings , but he does get dropped off in the afternoon at that intersection. Skyward shows he should be getting dropped off and picked up at same stop . Today substitute driver was speeding through the neighborhood recklessly , taking curbs all frustrated with route. The safety of the kids is no joke and should be taken seriously .
