I never have to worry about my medication refills. Alto Pharmacy automatically refills mine. It's so nice not to have to go pick up my scripts as they are hand delivered by a courier. Alto is dependable and easy to get set up with! Couldn't be happier.

Ease in viewing your prescription order, request for refill and I love the fact that you’re kept informed of status of your order. The app is very user friendly too! It sends reminders and notifications and waits for your confirmation to place order in the event that the cost is too high. Option for auto refill is also available. In short, its a very convenient way to make sure you get your prescription medicines on time without leaving your home!

Decided to try the new Omni pod insulin delivery device but had to go through Alto to get it. I needed the Dexcom 6 sensor and transmitter (I currently use the Dexcom 7) but Omni pod requires the 6. So order was sent in and they send me The Dexcom receiver which cost 374.00 which I don’t need without sending me the actual sensors or transmitter. Contacted them same night through chat. I was told sorry we don’t do refunds. So had to turn around and spend another 537.00 to actually get what was needed . Which is fine because I actually need those. I will contest the receiver charge with my CC company if something can’t be done by Alto. At this point I can in no way recommend what may be a fraudulent company. Alto Better be careful defrauding Medicare/medicaid will get you shut down fast. You can’t charge people for what they don’t need and refuse to accept returns.

Update: Alto handled this very professionally and will update my rating as all issues have been handled. Besides this one issue Alto has been fast at getting orders out and delivered. I fully understand that mistakes can happen but I’m glad Alto found a way to remedy this. Thank you for that Alto and everyone who worked on this matter. I truly believe they are there for their customers.

She was very patient and she knew her job well, and we got this problem resolved saving me from being ill and hospitalized I want to thank her again.. she deserves recognition thank you again Endia with an E😊😊😊 we need more like her!

Amazing customer service! Delivered exactly when they said it would be delivered. The app is awesome!

Notifications are very useful between pharmacy and drivers. App lets me know when new prescription is arriving and also they notify my doctor to prescribe another.

All the drivers I have had are friendly that take time and care with orders.

I couldn't be more pleased! From the time my physician sent my prescription, Alto has kept me informed from beginning to delivery. Registration was easy. I got texts informing of the time frame for my delivery. I could track the location and time of how close they were (even the color of the car) and I was kept up to date on the exact time it was delivered. The driver who delivered my prescription was super nice and answered a couple questions I had. The entire process from beginning to end is very efficient.

Great service. I submitted a transfer request through the app Sunday night around midnight. Monday morning I was notified the pharmacist was reviewing. It was delivered that night. App is easy to use. Customer service is excellent. All of their drivers have been friendly and courteous. I’ve been their customer for over a year and can find nothing negative to report. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! They stayed a few minutes late to give my prescriptions, so kind! They filled my scripts in less than 30 mins and were very kind and sweet. Their app makes it easy to order ahead and enjoy free delivery. If you’re in a rush, calling is faster.

Just received my first delivery from Alto. I am so impressed with this company and their service. Excellent notification process to let you know when, who, and what type of vehicle to expect. And he was right on the dot ... Just AWESOME!

The pharmacy has been great! Always on time service and constant updates on when it'll arrive. I especially love the caramels included. My husband mentioned to the courier about them and our next shipment came with a handful of them! I love the customer service here.

Love this company. I am a shut in and appreciate the service. So accurate and prompt, on time. My doctor suggested them since I take 3 blood pressure medication a day. The are reliable.

After I had significant issues with my "brick and mortar" chain store pharmacy not stocking common medications to refill prescriptions, my PCP introduced me to Alto. I couldn't be more pleased! This pharmacy is easy to use, and the delivery is speedy. I highly recommend Alto, and have bragged about their service to many. The prescriptions I had waited months to receive, was available at my door within days with Alto.

I forgot my phone at home and Mark Wil who was delivering my prescription was very nice to wait for me to come pick it up.
