Nijira Braids

I had a very good experience with Nijira Braids. I did have to wait a little but it was not long at all. Nijira was quick and wanted to make sure that I liked my hair (and I do). I will be going back for my next braided hair style.

Attention All!
This is by far the best experience I've had at a hair salon. Nijira is wonderful! You can tell how much she loves what she does and how much attention and care she has for her clients. This was my first time going to her and she made me feel like I was one of her regulars. I had gotten my hair braided she did and awesome job.

I will 100% be returning to Nijira Braids!!!

You can’t always go by the reviews! Great thing I know personally that they are nice and they care about their work! Even when I didn’t mind the the Senegalese twist they provided me 5 days ago...,, I went back in to get them a bit longer and they requested to redo them all! So I got box braids this time and I still love my hair. Prices are based on sizes and length

The owner is really sweet & knowledgeable. New to Texas so I was happy to find someone to trust with my hair. I always get lotsa compliments on my hair when she does it. I always like to make an appointment because she does get tons of walk-ins & stays busy. Her staff works really well with my toddlers hair too. I love the music & welcoming atmosphere. & appreciate her being available night & day for me to make an appointment so I know it's safe to take my hair down 😂🙃💛

I’ve been coming to Nijira for two years I can go up to three months with my braids and they last longer than any other braids I’ve gotten in the past. Nijira always work with my schedule and has two or three braiders available to work on my braids. Their very good with kids also and specialize in all types of braids. I’ve even had my box braids extremely kind tithe middle of my back and they were done in three hours.

Another great day at Nijira Braids today. Left looking and feeling beautiful as always. I've had the pleasure of having my hair done at Nijira Braids for quite a few years now. Iam very particular about my hair and wouldn't trust it to anyone else. Great service. People friendly. Well worth the time and money spent. The Owner is very attentative. Always ensures customers are satisfied before leaving. Meets and greets with a smile..She ensures her staff does the same. Very nice environment. Got my vote and continued business. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to my next visit.

My friend recommended this place to me. I was hesitant because of the reviews but to my surprise I had a great experience. When I called I expressed that there was some urgency as I was leaving in a few days. The owner told me I could come in on the same day. When I got there the owner sat down with me and discussed the the braids I was interested in and suggested the style /color. I wear braids often as protective style.

I'm use to getting my hair braided in Fl but love at Nijira they really want you to be satisfied with your hair. I noticed that some customers would ask if they could adjust the style little more to their liking and the braiders didn't have a problem tweaking the style for the customer. All in all I had a great experience, I will be moving to the area in a few months and plan on coming back. I'm only writing the review because I just didn't have a negative experience at all and I'm comparing it to some Florida braiders-where they don't care if you don 't like your hair- tough luck. Also to mentioned there were times when if another braider was available both worked on my hair until another customer came in for services.

Despite the fact that I was given a different price over the phone the work was well worth the price. The work was great the best I have had, and they are fast. My hair was finished within 3 hours and was neat. They were very nice and friendly and I will continue to get my hair done here.

I love them! My wife and I go to them for our twists and we just love all of the stylists. They are hilarious and do not play about their service and their money. We love how they handle business and we love their company and we love their work. We will always go to Nijira for our hair twisting/braiding needs.

I would like to thank Nijira Braidso and staff for an AMAZING job they did on my hair. I love my braids, in just four hour Nijira and another young lady (so I don't remember her name) did a awesome job and had great customer service. They were very friendly and pleasant. I love going to nijira braiding shop everyone is always nice and wants the end result to be what you want and they always exceed my expectations !! I recommend any one who wants the best for their hair to go to this place .The Braiders are very nice and fast. I went in last week to get some box braids they started at 9 am by 1pm I was done cause I had three people on my head . I love my braids:).

Great Place! There isn’t anywhere on this side of town where you can walk-in and get the same exact style on the photo that you show the stylists! They take walk-ins but it’s better to make an appointment. These women are braid artists, and I certainly respect their craft!

Thank you Nijira and Sandra for taking my daughter and I last minute on a Sunday! Special thanks to Sandra for her the beautiful braids she did for us, it’s gorgeous and have received many compliments so far! Extremely great for them getting me in at the last minute today and doing a great job. Sandra is pleasant and very efficient. I called due to a cancellation by someone else and they accommodated me same day and stayed late to finish me. I love my style. It looks great and i will be back.

Found them on google, while on a business trip. Called and was immediately welcomed to come. Got Senegalese Twists done, kept them 10 weeks, got a lot of compliments. Great service, great athmosphere. I left feeling beautiful and even when I was ready to take them out, people will be complimenting me. Love them.

My wife goes here to get her hair braided. The people are very nice and the prices are very reasonable. It's nice to have a good African braiding shop near our house.

I went to her and my hair was popped off bad it was to the point where I wanted it all cut off and she assured me my hair can be saved I'm very selective on who I let put their hands in my hair.
