Walmart Supercenter

I have been ordering from Walmart pick up.
Each time Lisa has helped with my order she’s been kind, asked if I waiting long, and make sure she ask for me to check my bread/eggs to make sure everything looks ok before I take off. She is such a sweet heart. Please give her a raise! She definitely deserves it. Specially working in this really cold weather. She is definitely a dedicated employee!

I typically wouldn't go to this Walmart to shop for groceries, however this day I needed to get something quick and they are the closest Walmart to my residence. The store is always super busy..I know this should tell me it's a good store.. I am a person who doesn't like to shop, and crowds make it worse, anyway I found that this Walmart is actually pretty cool to be in..the staff is attentive and the managers look like they are all in as well. They have ample security, the store is well lit, well stocked and, everything seems to be where it is easy to find. The store is easy to maneuver and you don't have to wait very long to check out .. although I really wish they would go back to when the checkers/or cashiers would check you out...those days are long gone!!! As I was saying this store is one of the better customer service orientated stores here in Dallas, TX. I might go back next week.. this ole girl gives them a thumbs up 👍 for cleanliness, neatness and customer service.. keep rockin' it Walmart and you may have a customer that truly loves to shop your stores!!!!!

After previously leaving 1 Star due to customer service at the refund counter. I had a exchange I needed for an air filter today and Camaron nice young black man helped me. He was great with customer service and he was very kind and actually doing his JOB unlike the other 3 girls who one being a manager was not. Per usual talking their whole shift and giving attitude when they are asked to do their JOB. 🤣

Ran in really quick to pick up sweater They had plenty of variety and easy on the pocket book . Check out lady was helpful and kind plus I was in and out within minutes. That's a win in my book

Yesterday 10/22 I scheduled a pick up on a few things I needed. Lisa was the rep who took care of me. She greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing, very sweet, kind and professional. I hope I get to see Lisa again and thank her because it cost nothing to be nice.

This location is near my son's apartment when I visit him in Carrollton. Dallas Walmart are wonderful compared to Los Angeles area Walmart. Ours (california) are old and worn out and not updated due to land constraints...or so the excuse goes. It very nice to be in a clean well stocked Walmart in Dallas.

Great and friendly staff! Store seemed clean and I like that they had the Woodforest National Bank inside.

Great place to shop, if they don't have it you don't need it...

Nice store, in my opinion because it's a smaller one. Easy to get around in.

It was well pack, all you needed was there , sales,sales, good prices also clean store , big place , also I noticed some of the staff are bilingual, nice store ..

Gabriel from Auto Car Service tried helping me open my car. I accidentally locked all my belongings in the car, he took his time out to try and help me. Even though we were unsuccessful I appreciate how kind and patient he was with me. I tried getting help from others who were rude to me but, he was really sweet and amazing.

They doing great with customer service especially the guy at self check-out named Rob. very helpful with his assistants! Keep up Walmart, this will make me shop here more with this type of experience

I have NEVER been to this particular store and DIDN'T find what I need, it's always clean and the employees are helpful, however recently they're has been a new employee who made me uncomfortable with her attitude, really dismissive almost to the point of me reacting to her behavior, however that's why God allows us to have the option of "Self check out" No worries that'll never stop me from shopping at this location and I've since prayed for the cashier. I have faith that her attitude towards the customers and her job changes for the better.

I survived covid using Walmart curbside services. And if they couldn't fulfill my order, they sent me a list of substitutions.

Just want to compliment the bakery department. I don't know who decorated my granddaughters cake, they did an excellent job it looked better then the picture in the book.

I've always loved Walmart since I was a kid. I even traveled to the US to remodel them

Moved to the area in October and walmart is across the street . Very convenient , love the fact I can pay with my phone , my necessities are always in stocks and the prices are neutral compared to other places. Checkout is always quick and employees are delightful. Door greeters are very nice and polite and the mcdonalds in this location is great.

They have almost every type of product you want for household to entertainment.i am amazed by their collection

I went late at night to help a friend get a few things for his motorcycle. The store was fairly empty and we didn't have any trouble finding the items he needed. The shopping experience went well except for security kindly asking me to not vape in the store...so..oops 🤭
