From the front desk, to the officer manager, to the doctors and assistants, everyone has treated me with the upmost care and I feel like I am the most important patient every visit. I appreciate calls regarding results instead of making me come in person like some offices do so that I have to pay for a visit. Anything I have questions about or if further testing or just anything that has to do with my health my doctor and her staff are always on it. I want to thank each and everyone of them.

Definitely a great experience at this office! From the friendliness of the office staff to the genuine approach of Dr. Tam. The customer service was exceptional. I already scheduled my appointment back. If you’re looking for a new PCP make this your first stop. I trust that you won’t be disappointed.

This was my first visit with Dr. Matthews, and I like her very much. She gave me some ideas on what might be causing my fatigue. I'm still waiting to learn what she and Dr. Katikaneni, my PCP, decided on a couple of issues.

I love this practice! They are all wonderful! Tam is very conscientious and thorough about everything and esp explaining things. From her follow up to her bedside manner she is very professional and I’m so fortunate I found this practice.

Tam is a good listener, very knowledgeable, and nice! She also had a student learning under her and she was a great teacher during my visit!

I’ve only been into the office twice now so far. But my experience both times has been great. The ladies at reception are wonderfully friendly. I’ve gotten to speak with a couple of nurses for a blood draw and of course the questionnaire both were amazing and cheerful. Dr. Kang was fantastic. She listened as I attempted to put in words the issues I was having and she made some suggestions and of course set me up with another appointment to keep track of how things are going. If you are looking for a primary care doctor I would recommend checking this place out.

I found the perfect doctor at the right time!!! She cares about you inside and out and doesn’t just push medicine. She works with you on diet exercise, and a lifestyle change.

The team at Prime Internal Medicine are amazing! I see Dr. Tam Kang & she is great. She is very kind & patient. She also takes the time to give her best advice and recommendations. She has been out of office & I have seeing Dr. k & Dr. Matthew who have both been great to me with my follow up appointments. They have a great front office team, shout-out to Allison who went above and beyond for me. I been having issues with getting my medication and dealing with so much back & forth through my insurance. During my follow up visit, I wanted to discuss the issues I been having with receiving my meds. Upon my visit, Allison walked in and introduced herself and explained the situation and followed up that very moment to ensure there weren’t anymore hiccups with getting my meds. I didn’t even have to bring this up, Allison was already prepared to inform me of what they have been doing to rectify the issue. She followed up and made sure my insurance had everything they need and emailed me with updates each time. I received everything I needed within a day of seeing them. I have never received such amazing customer service at a doctors office ever. The rest of the team is so kind. I have been a patient with them for about 3 months now, and they remember who I am already. It makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Going to the doctors office isn’t always a happy place to be, but with a team like this it puts you at ease. I highly recommend them.
