I see both Evan Hoffman and Krista Turner at the NW location. Both providers are incredibly knowledgeable and care a lot about their patients. I have been dealing with pain off and on for several years not realizing it could be improved and managed with pelvic floor physical therapy. Both Evan and Krista have helped me integrate realistic tools in my day to day life to better manage my symptoms between in-person sessions. I've learned so much from the both of them and honestly look forward to my appointments every week because they are also so fun to talk to. They are the best and I cannot recommend them more!

Was referred to Origin by my urologist to work on pelvic floor health. I learn so much about my own body with every session!! No one should live with pain or with pelvic area issues as there ARE solutions!! Grateful to have come across such a caring, patient, knowledgeable therapist who explains everything happening during session as well as letting me know what to expect for next time. Highly recommend!

I see Dr. Evan Hoffman at the NW location. She is my fifth pelvic floor PT I have seen and is by far the best (and I've seen some good ones). I am an active cyclist with endometriosis and overactive bladder syndrome and have tried nearly every remedy possible, which has generally allowed me to be on the bike but with some pain flares and general discomfort. I had an acute pelvic pain flare that took me off the bike for a week, which led me to establish care with Evan. She has been patient, flexible, and understanding in helping to treat me and guide me back to being able to ride my bike pain-free. After 3-4 months of treatment, I am now at a better place than I was before I had the pain flare. I recently rode my bike for 14 hours over three days without any significant pelvic pain. She has taught me how to self-treat and manage between sessions. I refer all of my friends to her and can't say enough good things about her as a clinician and provider.

Forever grateful I learned about this place! I tried physical therapy with 4 or 5 other practices to relieve my back and pelvic pain, and then learned about Origin from a friend. Dr. Megan Kalinich is a great communicator and compassionate therapist who worked with me for nearly a year to provide a program of education, exercises, and stretches I needed to heal my body. Highly recommend Origin and Dr. Kalinich!

I've been seeing Dr. Brynn Woods since September-ish for my pelvic floor issues and I've been so happy and excited to learn about my body and the positive changes that I've made over these months.

Dr. Woods tolerates my sass like a champ, does a great job explaining what is happening with my body and offers positive feedback and constructive criticism.

I'm not looking forward to bounce progression but it's all part of the process.

I’ve had the most smooth and wonderful experience here. They have a very modern website that is easy to navigate, are easy to get in touch with, communicative, and the provider I have l, Colleen, spent an extra thirty minutes with me in the intake to make sure she was thorough and attentive. They also take my insurance which is amazing. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Brynn. She is so knowledgeable and kind. I had no idea how beneficial Pelvic Floor Therapy could be. Just two visits I have made noticeable improvements. It is definitely raising my quality of life and I am much more physically comfortable. I am really glad that I chose Origin’s, and even though it is a bit of a drive from my house, it is totally worth it.

It’s never too late to start therapy! I started experiencing a lot of pain in my second pregnancy and noticed a huge difference in just a couple of sessions. Erin listens to my concerns and adapts the plan accordingly. I would highly recommend Origin PT!

Was going here during pregnancy for sciatic pain and pelvic floor strengthening. My therapist Makenzie Cochran was amazing. She made the whole process super comfortable and informative. I can honestly say that her work made me have very little nerve/back pain through out my pregnancy!

The physician provided me with a wealth of info, she left her email address so I could contact during the week, and she was very nice. The lady I work with, Brynn is friendly and professional.

It’s truly been a pleasure working with Amethyst and the staff at Origin Physical Therapy. Amethyst is always so welcoming and really makes sure that I feel comfortable during our sessions. The ladies that staff the front desk are super sweet as well and I’ve found it to be very affordable. They are booked up pretty regularly, but that is only because Amethyst is so great at what she does. Give that girl a raise! In all seriousness though, I highly recommend Origin Physical Therapy.

My obgyn recommended Sullivan PT for my interstitial cystitis and at this point in my chronic illness journey I was trying anything & everything. 5 months later from my diagnoses, after a lot of therapy, testing, & elimination diets - I am mostly symptom free! I worked with Lauren Steele for a couple of months and she was just amazing, she validated my feelings, she was compassionate, always made sure I was comfortable with the therapy & most of all I always had fun talking with her, she is a god-tier physical therapist! I took the tools and knowledge she gave me & continue to do pelvic floor work at home but I absolutely know I'll be back when I need to or if I need more pelvic floor work!

There aren’t enough stars to give this practice. I gave birth to my second baby at the end of August and within a few days knew I was experiencing more than just general postpartum pain. I, an otherwise healthy 29 year old, needed a wheelchair to get anywhere because walking or vertical movement was so painful. Megan K at Origin started treatments and exercises with me and after the first two sessions I could already stand for 3-4 minutes without pain. A few weeks later I was up to 10 minutes standing without pain, and now three months in I’m almost at an hour at a time pain free. Many of the other postpartum symptoms I experienced after my first pregnancy were fixed months sooner too, sped up heavily by the at home exercises Megan advised. Megan so clearly understands the human body and is able to identify problem areas and how to treat them with creativity and expertise. I was very apprehensive to try PT but all of the therapists at Origin are true professionals and did a great job at making me feel seen, validated, and not awkward. If you’re nervous about going to pelvic floor therapy, this is the place to start!

After giving birth I suffered from pelvic floor issues where I was in pain after standing up for 15 minutes. I tried some pelvic floor therapy at my hospital but was not feeling any better. A friend mentioned Sullivan Physical Therapy and I looked it up. My doctor gave me a referral and I was diagnosed and treated there for almost a year. The pain relief I felt after the first therapy was incredible. I'm very grateful to have found this place. The care received here was outstanding and I was able to learn a lot about my body. Pelvic floor injuries/conditions is a sensitive topic and one that is many times taboo. My therapist always made me feel comfortable and respected throughout my treatment and my body was able to heal. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is suffering from pelvic floor issues.

Sullivan Physical Therapy, and more specifically my PT, Jenny, has quite literally changed my life. I am not sure I could ever adequately put into words how incredible Jenny has been or how grateful I am for everything she has helped me with, but I’ll give it a try.

I went through an extremely traumatic labor & delivery, resulting in an emergency c-section under general anesthesia followed immediately by a nearly 2 hour exploratory abdominal surgery. My daughter and I nearly did not make it through, however by the grace of God we are doing well today.

However, months after delivery I was still suffering from debilitating nerve pain in and around my incision along with other various pelvic floor issues. After speaking with a friend about my problems, she recommended I go to see Jenny. I didn’t know what to expect and honestly I didn’t think PT was going to help much, but boy way I wrong!

From the very first moment I met Jenny, she showed me so much compassion and honestly she was the very first provider I had interacted with in my postpartum journey that actually made me feel truly seen & heard. She validated my feelings and has ensured that I felt 100% comfortable the entire step of our PT journey.

I don’t want to say how long I have been doing PT, as I do not want anyone to compare their timelines for healing with mine, but I am pleased to say that I now have virtually NO pain in my incision and most of my other pelvic floor issues have been resolved and/or are nearly completely resolved.

Jenny is incredible. She is so easy to talk to and she is genuinely kind, compassionate, and empathetic. She takes the time to explain and demonstrate every PT exercise that she recommends and she is always available to answer any questions that I have. I know my time with her is coming to an end as I am improving each week, which is extremely bitter sweet for me. I am forever grateful for the healing and restoration she has helped me to experience (both mentally and physically), but I am going to miss her!

I cannot recommend Jenny and Sullivan Physical Therapy enough. If you have even the slightest thought about starting Pelvic Floor PT, this is me telling you to run, not walk, to set up that appointment - it might just change your life.

I visited Sullivan PT for an injury while pregnant. They were helpful, caring, thoughtful, and always on time! Not only that, while my issue wasn't directly related to the pelvic floor, I felt like I learned a great deal about the pelvic floor muscle (because I was interested and would ask), which gave me more confidence going into labor and delivery of my first baby. Crystal was always friendly and helpful to get me appointment times needed and handle my insurance. And I worked most with Krista who was awesome at her job and wonderful to chat with. Highly recommended!

Sullivan Physical Therapy has changed my life for the better. I cannot recommend pelvic physical therapy more for postpartum women, and SPT has excelled at every aspect of treatment. My therapist has been my most consistent advocate through a difficult recovery. She has referred me to outside doctors and worked with them to find treatment options (on her own time!). I have been seeing her for several months, and she has helped me work back up to my normal activity levels so I can live my life.

It can be difficult to get appointment times, but the front desk has been unfailingly polite and helpful. I especially appreciate Crystal's help!

After having three children in four years and developing serious lower back pain, my orthopaedic physician suggested I try physical therapy to strengthen my core. I knew I wanted to find a physical therapist who had experience working with postpartum women, so I searched on Google and found Sullivan Physical Therapy.
It took about a month for me to get in for my first appointment, but I can see why their schedule stays full -trust me it is worth waiting! I was scheduled with Christina McGee for my new patient evaluation and she is fantastic. She put me at ease with her a calm, focused demeanor. She explained everything so clearly and has helped me a lot since I have been seeing her for my regular appointments. My last appointment I had to change last minute, but they were able to get me in to see Jessica Chastka and she is also great. Her skin rolling is intense, but brought me so much back pain relief I couldn't believe it. I am so thankful for the improvement in my day to day quality of life that I am slowly building up, as well as the more immediate relief from the bodywork they utilize. These physical therapists really seem care about my health and me as an individual. I even brought my husband to one of my appointments and he asked questions, and Christina was great at answering and explaining so that he could feel involved in helping me too.
As far as the front desk staff: Cheerful AND helpful, they seem to be pretty busy but always take the time to be patient with any/all the questions you have. They also offer to print out all of my appointments so I don't have to put them all into my calendar at once, I can take the sheet and update my calendar at my convenience.

Words cannot justify the incredible and utterly life changing experience I've had from my continued treatments from the amazing team at Sullivan Physical Therapy, but I will have a go at it. The effects of the treatments and the education I have received there have proven to be the "missing link" in my chronic pain management program. Like most men, I was clueless about physiological significance and impact of the pelvis on the overall health of the rest of the body. The consistency of treatment between each therapist is seamless. And the results I've experienced have been utterly amazing: no more urinary or bowel incontinence , strengthened pelvic floor, greater mobility (walking with less pain), greater knowledge of pelvic health, and the most effective resource in my chronic pain management program. Another factor that makes Sullivan Physical Therapy so wonderful apart from the top-notch physical therapist, are the front office staff. Again, I have never experienced such friendly, efficient, professional and well trained front office team. They are definitely customer-centric. And routinely go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Again, because of the seamless consistency of treatment between each physical therapist, I know with whom Im ever schedule to see, I will receive the same high level of effective treatment. All I can say is that you don't have to suffer in silence with any pelvic-related issue. Consult with your health care provider and ask if pelvic physical therapy is an option for you. Then do yourself a favor and contact the team at Sullivan Physical Therapy.

Sullivan Physical Therapy is wonderful! They have helped so many of my patients with a wide range of problems and quite honestly have changed many lives for the better! I've also personally gotten help from Krista, who is AMAZING!, while recovering from my own babies! Crystal is always a cheerful face to greet you by name and a big help with sorting out complicated schedules. The whole atmosphere at the office is warm, welcoming, and comfortable.
