My experience at the lifetime spa is so special each time I go due to two special ladies.

Sipedeh always greets me with a smile and is so professional.

Sohiela is by far one of the best estheticians I have seen. She treats me like I’m a VIP every time and my skin always feels refreshed and glowing when I leave.

This place is nice. Full gym with a country club atmosphere. Towels, deodorant, mouthwash, eucalyptus steam rooms, saunas, pools, tkns of exercise equipment, a very fancy rock climbing wall, juice bar, massage services on premises, a place for facials, and all types of group classes to join.

It was my first time in a Lifetime Fitness Center, and I can tell you it will not be my last.

Soheila is, by far, the best facialist I have ever used. She does excellent work and is a delight to speak with during the appointment.

Soheila has been doing my facials for two years and she is the best. My skin looks fantastic and I swear I now age backward now because of her magical work. Soheila is very professional and friendly, every visit with her is a delight.

Soheila is the best facial specialist I have ever had !!! Keeps up conversations and is very good with eyebrows. I am a regular here now lol 😆

Soheila performs monthly hydration facials and biweekly dermaplaning on my face. After the first session, my face was glowing and super hydrated. She recommended THE BEST products! I absolutely adore her and the amazing work she does. She is also extremely kind and knowledgeable.

Soheila was so amazing! I always go to her for my facials because she always leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth and gives me helpful tips on taking care of my skin! They take such good care of you at the Lifetime Lifespa and make you feel so relaxed. They are so incredibly kind and sweet. The front desk attendant, Sepideh, is also very patient and helpful with any questions regarding spa services! Soheila is the only person I will go to for my facials now!

Soheila is an amazing aesthetician. She is professional and courteous! She goes above and beyond to make every experience personalized and special. She explains every step and ensures that you are comfortable. I rarely treated myself to these type services but she keeps me coming back for more!

I would never let anyone touch my face after Soheila ! She is the best facial specialist ! She does her job with love and my face glows after she gives me a facial.

Loved my Gel-Manicure experience with Hayley! She did an amazing job on my nails and really cared about educating me on the health of my nails. Fantastic experience, nails look wonderful, and the prices were a nice surprise!

I love going to the spa to just let my hair down and unwind. The staff is very kind and the manager Marsan Jackson keeps things in order. It is always clean and kept smelling good

Awesome place! It’s a full service spa that is great for relaxing and they also have a barber for my haircuts.. A great perk is although i’m not a member I can use the gym for the day.

LifeSpa Lake Houston is the best!

Heather was an awesome massage therapist and I enjoyed her services. However she is no longer there and when I went with my step son the lady that did his facial left a lot of stuff on his face and that wasn’t cool.
