Store manager Ken and his team treats customers as family. Lydia acknowledges you when entering and exiting the store. This store is clean and items are knife-edge on shelves. It's one of the best locations to shop.

CVS Pharmacy is welcoming and very helpful, especially 3 staff Members are Outstanding: Pharmacy Manager Ms. Milada, Ms. Wynter & Ms. Isabella.Kudoos to all three. Keep up the good work.

Although I have used CVS as my primary pharmacy for many years, this is the first time I’ve been to this location. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the place, it’s newness and how clean it was. It has a safe easy on and easy off routing. Also in fact the most important part, the personnel - both at the front counter and in the pharmacy - were professional and nice. I was so comfortable with the place I decided to get a flu shot on the spot. They too were professional, efficient and got me in and out very quickly. They have a dedicated private space for flu shots. Obviously they have all the online services that any CVS pharmacy has;however, I must say my first time there makes me want to go back. It must be noted that I pass another CVS on the way to this one but I think I will call this my primary location.

PS: Something must be done about the wait time at the drive thru. 30 - 60 minutes to drop off or pickup a prescription is unacceptable.

LYDIA LYDIA LYDIA! Such a kind gentle hearted being. Whenever I come to this location she greets everyone that walks in asks if they need help finding anything. Always makes sure you get your discounts with your member # and smiles as she says bye wishing you a great day. Ugh. She’s so sweet. I just want to hug her. Thank you Lydia.

Everyone is always helpful, friendly, and the newer self checkouts are a nice addition. I got A LOT of good coupons this last visit which I plan to use soon! Located in a convenient area with a nice parking and only a few minutes from my office too!

CVS at W.Lake Houston & Will Clayton store is my favorite CVS! I had a great experience as always. I love this store ! Xavier was a very attentive cashier. He is a very friendly as he great customer service skills.

This store is excellent! Immediately I was greeted upon entrance to the store. The store was well organized and stocked well. The item I was looking for was in stock. It was an item that had to be accessed buy a customer care associate however I had no problem in finding a store clerk immediately and getting helped right then and there. we had to change our telephone number on our customer care rewards and were helped with prompt and courteous customer service! Thank you CVS for stellar customer service! I appreciate that my item was in stock!

a young man that works here had an encounter with a customer who was down right filthy towards him. She complained about the picture machine not printing and yelling across the store at him. He still gave her respect and did not let her get to him. She was wearing a uniform as if she worked In health care, so I was confused on her actions. When she went to pay she even kicked the container out of her way and still being aggressive towards him. All I have to say is he did the right thing and I do applaud him with how he handled the situation.

Love shopping at CVS. The employees are so nice.

this is the best CVS ever.. I love the store it's very clean and has great music playing.. and the pharmacy dept is the best ever the most sweetest and caring group and I adore my girls there with nikki!! they all rock.

Always welcomed by someone the second you step in the door. Its a larger, newer CVS. There are plenty of CVS's to chose from but I have made this one my new permanent home :)
