Well what can I say I rented a skid steer on the skid came off twice during the course of a week and then I ended up paying more than I should have because I had two days down and I called and I called and I called and then finally after promising me two days one of the managers decided to tell the other managers know we're not going to give him two days we're going to give him one day so I got refunded for one day I feel like I got totally screwed literally giving me half of what I was originally told because I was out for approximately 2 and 1/2 days which was the difference between getting the project done and not I strongly don't recommend renting their heavy equipment because one your responsible if the tires are bad and you have to put the spare on yourself and there's no maintenance or no companies that can come out and fix the tractor if there's a problem it's on you if I had known this I'd never would have used their service although the person is running this service and the tool department were very kind very polite and I give them five stars it's the company policy that's the That's unprofessional and lack of responsibility the part that bug me the most is the really nice young ladies that help me pretty much had their hands tied because the big boss decided to screw me for a day I give Home Depot a zero but their employees I give them five stars

Honestly one of the easier Home Depot’s I been too. Especially with their app now. Its clean and easy to navigate. But is not flawless free… but still one of my first picks over other locations

Great home improvement store. Also has household cleaning and yard supplies available. Purchase used equipment or rent for use. Flooring, ceiling, yard, and kitchen, bathroom all kinds of variety of items to choose from for customizing your needs or purchasing for home improvements.

I usually like Lowes more than home Depot but I gotta say that the home Depot in humble tx is actually the bomb diggity!!!!

Joyce in plumbing was so amazing! She was patient, informative, and so helpful to us for our home plumbing needs. Usually when at home depot we have to chase down any employee we can find, because they're all hiding from us, and they always have such an attitude when helping us (which is weird as it's literally they're job to do so). Joyce is one-of-a-kind. She deserves special recognition for her awesomeness. Thank you, Joyce!

Good parking, Custumer service good but I did not find what I was looking for! Small electronic transformer!!

Walked in and out in 15 minutes. Knew exactly what I wanted, and it was available. The young man in the appliance section was very helpful and friendly.

You find everything here. Dont wate your time going somewhere else. Home depot. Your best choice.

Good help in the parking log

Some of the workers especially the older ones are very helpful to customers. I think they are very grateful to have a job whereas it's the opposite for the nonchalant younger ones. Good place to shop for your home appliances and tools.

I would just like to thank the 400 Home Depot in Humble for letting us park our trailer there because we had a flat on it. The day the store manager was so polite when we called to let him know our problem. He let us park overnight and we are so thankful.

Store was well stocked. We shopped on line. Found what we wanted. Site showed 2 in stock. They now have one. Sales associate helped get it down, even went to get a cart. Went to the power tool dept. Sales associate Mr John Pollard helped with suggesting what blade i needed. This guy had pervious building experience for sure, was very helpful. Anything you want for remodel they probably have it in stock. Great experience.

You can depend on Home Depot to carry almost everything you need. Their checkout and return procedures are quick and easy. Best of all, the Home Depot has an online ordering system that, with the option to return online stuff to the store, rivals Amazon. Too bad they only sell home improvement stuff.

Lee at the Home Depot in Humble in the lawn and garden department was the only person to even try to help us with a battery issue we were having with the Dewalt battery lawn mower . We had been to two other stores and no one wanted to even help us when we wanted to buy the lawn mower . We had to wait for at least 30 mins at the store in Porter . So if in need of help with a lawn and garden question go see Lee in Humble .

The wait time at the service desk was always an issue when I would come to pick up online orders. They've managed to correct that by revamping their service/returns area. It flows much better but could still use more staffing in that area. I did manage to send a review of their courteous staff though. They're always pleasant and helpful. Also kudos in the paint department. Excellent service!! 👍

99% of the time HD has what I need for my projects. Knowledgeable personnel in most areas, parking isn't an issue except on Saturdays; very busy.

Well organized and employees everywhere so you don't have to walk around for 10 minutes hunting one down.
