STAR STOP 51

I went there to get air for my tire but had to break a dollar. I asked the attendant if he could do that for me but was informed that the register could not be opened.

Any business that cannot perform a simple transaction like that deserves a low rating.

DISGUSTING HEALTH ISSUES!!on 9/6/16 I was in the store @ 8pm in the evening. NO SOAP in the bathroom! When I advised the young lady behind the counter. She already knew but said it wasn't her responsibility to put soap in there! REALLY??? how disgusting knowing the employees of this station not only don't wash their hands after going to bathroom but do NOTHING about it!
Tried to call anyone from Chevron and all I got was a run around. No phone number to call, no one to follow up with.
And.. FYI, I did contact the restaurant that is to 'handle the bathroom' and currently trading calls with that corporation. But at least they are trying to deal with the issue.
Whatever you do, it you have to go there, don't buy anything the employees have to handle. UGH!!!

I had a winning scratch-off ticket that I tried to redeem at this location. The clerk scanned the ticket twice and then tried to tell me that the ticket was invalid and had already been paid out even though all the receipts he handed me clearly show the winning amount the first time he scanned the ticket and the timestamp from when he scanned the ticket one second later. He refused to pay the money owed and told me to call the 1-800# on the back of the ticket. I will be filing a complaint.

The upkeep at the station especially with the car wash has completely gone down hill. Came here this morning to get my car washed and there’s trash everywhere on the ground. Pulled out to use the vacuums, End of the six hoses, not one of them was working. I wonder if the station owner knows how bad this makes our neighborhood luck? Very surprised to see a Chevron branded Station look like this.

This station will reject your chipped credit card when you try to pay at the pump, resulting in a hold being placed on your credit account.

Dirty place and McDonald's that connects is filthy. They need to clean and power wash outside and clean inside too. Not returning there.

Should hire someone that's gonna pay attention and not sit down and text while someone's waiting to pay

Que lastima de lugar! Puedes encontrar muchas cosas necesarias, tienen ATM también, los muchachos del Mac Donald’s (que se conecta por dentro) atienden muy bien y son muy agradables pero todo está muy sucio!!!!!! Que horror!!!! No da deseos de entrar a este lugar, no me gustaría volver!
