Teran and Sean we're the only staff at the Walgreens overnight in atascocita. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that they are by far the friendliest and probably will train in every aspect of everything I asked them about and I asked him a lot of s***. Karen was calm and patient whenever I was asking her intention of these stupid questions and honestly she should be training a lot of other Walgreens employees around the city because even though Sean just started he was well versed in all aspects of his job. Highly recommend this location I literally passed up three other Walgreens to come here so.

From the moment I arrived at the pharmacy counter, to the moment I left, Sean and Derrick the pharmacist treated me as though I was a customer of priority! I had my absolute best customer experience with Walgreens at this location with these two gentlemen helping me. My script was packaged swiftly and with precision. Looking forward to coming back when I need new scripts filled! 5 stars to Derrick the pharmacist and Sean! You guys deserve a raise! Keep up the great work! Very happy customer!

Excellent customer service from Christie in the pharmacy department. She helped me over the phone at 1am with an RX physician called in. She went above and beyond to assist & I kindly appreciate it.

Mia is wonderful and literally saved my life. She was so caring and went out of her way to help me. I’ve dealt with so many people that didn’t seem to want to help, my faith in good people with kind hearts has been restored, thanks to Mia at Walgreens.

I don't usually take time to write good reviews, but I am here to note that today, at 6:45pm, on June 9th of 2022, I had my first good experience with this pharmacy. (I just go expecting a bad experience at this point, but I haven't switched because they're 24 hours.) The line was incredibly fast, the pharmacists were friendly and helpful, and the issue with my prescription was resolved instantly as multiple people worked together to resolve it. I was not sent home to come back later, for probably the first time ever. I don't know what changes were made, but hopefully it sticks.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life. On top of that, the prescription is never ready the first time, so be prepared to wait in this extremely slow line multiple times. There is often some sort of an issue. I'm not sure if the pharmacy staff here is properly trained. I'm almost certain I could walk in there and provide better service and speed, brandishing nothing but my bachelor's degree in pre-law. Terrible experience every time.

John at this pharmacy was wonderful. He helped transfer my wife's prescription because another location was closing early due to New Year's. This young man served us without hesitation with his top-notch, first-class service.

My script was sent to a different location due to a botched last name error. That Walgreens happen to close at 10 pm. It was 9:55 pm when I arrived at this location. If not for John springing into action, I would not have had my drugs when I left town later that evening. Thanks John and the other lovely lady that helped me out. I forgot her name but, I will not forget her kindness. Thanks again for going out of your way to get it transferred over in the nick of time.

This location has given me the best customer service i have experienced at a pharmacy.
I had an insurance issue where i paid out of pocket for my prescriptions but had to return to re process it under my insurance and refunded me the difference. I had to return twice due to an issue on the insurance end. But the staff here went ABOVE AND BEYOND. To process my order correctly to ensure i was refunded back correctly. Normally people dont take the time to assist someone with such a complex issue numerous staff assisted and helped me resolve my issue. Thanks ladies yall are freaking amazing!!

John the Pharmacy tech was amazing! He went out of his way to assist me and explained how to help me pay for my moms insulin when her drug coverage wouldn’t pay for it. He was kind, patient, and went above and beyond all expectations. This was a refreshing experience compared to the other pharmacy down the road.

I've read all of these comments and the negative ones amaze me. Has it ever occurred to all of you that they can and probably are short staffed due to Covid or illness? They are there to help you get your prescription not coddle you. You also have to take into consideration that it's a 24 hour pharmacy so it WILL be busy. I find that kindness and respect goes both ways.

I prefer this Walgreens Pharmacy over the other ones because of the 24 hr sevice they provide. Yeah, you may have to wait a bit longer sometimes because they are so busy but they are the friendliest Pharmacists I have dealt with. God gave us patience for a reason. Put it to good use. The Drive thru is no slower than any other Walgreens or any Bank in town. C'mon people light'en up. :)

I don't agree with the prior reviews at all; everyone there greets as you enter; the checkers are very polite and always say, "stay well"... It's the only drug store our family uses.

Went here at 12 a.m. to get a prescription filled and they got us in and out quickly.
Pharmacist was very polite and helpful.

Teran the manager was great ,went above and beyond to help. She should be promoted

I’m usually here at least once a weak since it’s on my way home, everything is usually well stocked and the staff is always nice :)
