U.S. Bank Branch

I immediately was greeted upon my arrival. And felt the customer service the entire time I was in US Bank. I met with Amy regarding a business account vs. personal account and she continued to help me. She IS extremely knowledgeable about banking and her years of experience were clear. If you are seeking customer service on a personal level, USBank is the place. Yes, there is only one location in St.George, but unlike the majority of the banks and credit unions in St.George, US bank has locations everywhere in the United States.

Been in the branch several times in the last few weeks. I am always greeted as I enter. The tellers are friendly; The managers, Alan, Josh, and Ryan, have been very helpful.

US Bank was slapped with multi million dollar fines for illegal conduct. I was a victim of US Bank too!
We need a class action lawsuit against this Minnesota-based company.

I have been with US Bank for 15 plus years. I opened my accounts in California and had always had a great experience. However, once I moved here the experience has changed worst bank ever in Utah!

The bank teller gave me some misinformation about a transaction which caused me to incur unnecessary fees. I didn't find out this was misinformation until a day later. Several days after this I went back to the branch and brought this mistake to the attention of the branch manager. He was completely dismissive and just made up bogus excuses. Completed unhelpful and unreceptive and basically said "well, too bad, we aren't going to do anything for you". I might still call one of the 800 numbers and put in a complaint with corporate or something, not sure yet. It was just a few dollars in fees and for them to not admit their mistake and make it right seems petty to me. The USbank branches in this town don't do a while lot of business, and maybe there's good reason for it? Pretty disgusted with the attitude of the people at this branch.
