If I could give this place more stars, I would. Everybody that I encountered was very nice. If you had a question about anything and they didn't know the answer, they would get you in direct contact with someone that did. THEN..... there's Jason Buckholz! This guy bust his butt to make sure that any car that I looked at (which was a lot), he was RIGHT there with any information needed, conditions of very specific parts of the car. This guy really did great. No one likes the car buying experience, but because of Jason, it was a breeze. Thank you Jason for helping me get my son's first car!

I hardly ever do reviews but this was a great car buying experience working with Ryan! He's honest and easy to work with. If your credit isn't good and you don't have a lot to put down like me then Ryan can definitely help you get into your next vehicle. He has a lot of cars to choose from and his mechanics go over all of them thoroughly before they are put out on the lot and actually replace important worn parts BEFORE the car is ever put out on the lot for sale. I'm very pleased with my used Buick Lacrosse and how it drives with the new motor mounts, struts, and brake job that were all done before I ever bought the car. The car really runs and rides great! Love this place! Jason was our salesperson and he was the BEST. We got a great deal on a Honda Accord. This dealership is straightforward with the price- no haggling. They have their own in house mechanic that replaces all the worn parts, so you can feel good about your “new to you” car. We are very happy with our purchase. I would recommend them to family and friends.

This is my 2nd time purchasing from Cransh. I never even went to the lot to look at either vehicle until it was time to sign the deal. I went online found the car I wanted from their inventory, did my research, checked the carfax they have posted, checked a few other online resources I have available to me, secured my financing (go see the Lendmark team, they’re amazing), pulled up, looked at the vehicle, test drove it, signed the deal and left.
I’ve only had the pleasure of working with Ryan, and the guy is hands down awesome! He communicates very well, keeps you in the loop on what’s going on, and actually answers the phone when you call him. I got the truck home and started cleaning it up and detailing it.
I parked it in the garage and called it a night, the next morning it wouldn’t start. I gave it a jump and it fired right up but wouldn’t start after I turned it off. After some diagnosis found out the battery was crapped out. I text Ryan and he said ok no problem, we can get you one at our cost just bring it back. The battery had other plans though and wouldn’t hold a charge at all anymore so I had to purchase one from AutoZone. I told Ryan what happened and he said send me a copy of the receipt, pictures of the battery and we’ll go half on it with ya. Now keep in mind I signed the paperwork that said “as is no warranty” other than the powertrain warranty. Ryan could’ve easily said go take a long walk off a short pier, the car is yours now, you figure it out.
However, he didn’t, he immediately recognized it was an oversight on the team’s part to check the battery and he rectified it. That’s how you do business. As a small business owner it’s things like this that stick with you. I’ll refer everyone I know to Cransh, and I’m sure I’ll buy my next one from them as well. Keep being great Ryan!

I recently found an F150 at Cransh at a price I could not find that truck here in the San Antonio area. I drove up to Arlington to pick up the truck and the vehicle was as described. They do a lot to 'freshen up' their vehicles before selling them...this truck had a new alternator, water pump, brakes, rotors, spark plugs and most hoses were new. The truck drove great on the way home to San Antonio and it's all good so far. I couldn't find a vehicle like this here and that was without any of the maintenance/repairs that were included with this truck. Ryan and Adelin were great and had me in and out of there in less than an hour.

My car died on Friday, so I needed to buy a car on Saturday. I stopped at a couple other places on W. Division in Arlington. My 3rd and final stop was at Cransh. They probably had over 100 cars on the lot. Each one was unlocked with a clear price on the windshield.

Cransh was a completely no pressures place. I told the guy inside what I was looking for and he pointed to which part of the lot had the kind of car that I wanted. The majority of their cars were between $10-$20,000.

After I picked the car I wanted to test drive, they scanned by driver's license and brought the car around for the test drive. They just sent me off on my own. No one checked on me and I brought it back in one piece.

I decided that I wanted the car. It took them less than 10 minutes to work up the papers. Nothing was added on. They offered me some after market stuff. I said no and they just moved on.

The next time that I need a cash car, I am starting at Cransh. Absolute 5 star experience. They also gave me the extended Car Fax report.

I've bought four cars with Cransh and it's always been a pleasant, no pressure experience with Ryan and Jason! My most recent car purchase was for my youngest son. After taking the car home, the check engine and transmission lights came on. I let Jason know and he asked I bring it back for them to look at it. They took a few days to figure out what was wrong as it turned out to be a complex electrical issue, but they got our car back to us fixed! I recommend Cransh to anyone! Thanks Jason!

Bought a 2008 CRV for my son in college, was probably one the easiest, best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Ryan was excellent. And the car runs great. They did all the necessary maintenance on it prior and in fact, we noticed a problem when we test drove, told Ryan and it was fixed while we were there. Would gladly buy from them again!

Purchased a Honda Civic for my granddaughter this past week. Couldn't have had a better buying experience. Ask for Jason when you go by. No pressure and completely knowledgeable of all the cars on the lot. And they certainly have plenty to choose from. I'll definitely be back.

We purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 i Sport from CRANSH Auto Sales on March 19, 2024, and it was an excellent experience. Our Sales Associate, Jason Buckholz was the consummate professional - low key, no pressure, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. The car was as advertised, with no hidden fees and no "up-selling" of extended warranty services. The car had full maintenance serviced by CRANSH (oil change, belts, brakes, etc) as well as new tires. The purchase process was quick and painless, and a pleasant experience.

I bought a very good car at the most reasonable price. In addition, the staff was amazing. Ryan in particular worked very hard for me to ensure I was able to purchase the car I wanted in spite of some outside financing problems I had (no fault of the dealership). Anyway, 5 stars to the whole dealership.

I just bought an ‘08 Acura TL type S from them and it’s an amazing car so far. Ricardo helped me out and made the test drive as easy and effortlessly as possible. Would definitely recommend friends and family to buy from them in the future!

Not many used car lots will change struts, brake pads, fluids before selling it to customers but this place does. Did i mention that they’re not pushy at all. 5+ Stars!! I recently bought a car from here. The car is running great, and the customer service is excellent. I recently had my bumper ripped off at a car wash and Cransh fixed it for free, and also fixed my window which had came off the track also for free. Various family members have also bought cars from here and are very pleased. Highly recommend.

NOT your stereotypical Used Car Sales place. Ryan & his team were easy to work with and open & honest about the cars on their lot. And when I called about a problem with the car soon after my purchase - Ryan said bring it in and let’s have a look. He resolved the problem in a very mutually agreeable manner.

Just bought a 2022 Hyundai sel with only 5,000 miles in basically pristine condition from this auto lot. A very beautiful car! This was my first car that I ever bought and the experience couldn’t have been any better. Ricardo was a kind, patient and respectful salesman that answered all of our questions with intent. The young women who processed and finalized my paperwork was also kind and knowledgeable. Overall everyone had a outstanding attitude.
