I am a restaurant owner and have even using Carpet Maxx since covid. When it’s time for carpet cleaning just set up an appointment, the crew comes on time and ready to get to work. Carpet Maxx crew is always professional and courteous when they worked with me, highly recommended!

Abdul was awesome! Our water heater leaked the entire 30 gallons out late Friday afternoon. He was here in less than an hour and had fans and 2 dehumidifiers set up in no time. We had to let them run for a long time but it was a LOT of water! He checked on us twice, once readjusting the fans to zero in on the wet spots. He even checked the moisture level of the walls! Then he re-stretched the carpet AND cleaned it! I didn’t really discuss price with him, as we had to have it done, but I would consider it very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

I was really thinking about purchasing new carpet for my rooms but after I called Carpetmax to get my carpet cleaned it looks as good as new. So I saved lots of money. I highly recommend Carpetmax!

I Genuinely Appreciate Abdul's Professionalism, Courtesy, Thoroughness, and Above All his Respectful Demeanor.
I called him on Sunday with a Request of Utmost Need.
He offered to schedule me for immediate service, and came out without any Attitude, or Expression of Inconvenience.
He completed the task so Awesomely, that I ask him if he would mind coming out the next day, which was yesterday, to complete an additional room, which would give me time to remove all of the furniture.
He said " Yes, we will be here, and we will take care of the furniture.", and he said it with a smile.
He came the next day, and brought a gentleman with him who was equally as Professional, and Courteous.
They removed all of the furniture, cleaned the carpet in the room, and also went above and beyond by insuring that the corners of the walls were not damaged by their equipment.
I Really like the way the Carpets smelled afterwards, so Fresh, and so Clean.
I Greatly Appreciate them, and I will be calling them back for the next carpet cleanings for all of the rooms.
I also, Appreciate everyone for taking the time to read this review.
I realize that it's a little longer than most, but I Needed to be as Thorough with Their Review, as they were with the Care, and Treatment of the carpets and furniture within My Home.

Called for an appointment and they had me scheduled the following morning. The tech was polite, professional, and he did an amazing job on my carpets. I will definitely be using Carpet Max the next time I need carpet cleaning services!!! Great customer service guys!!!!

AMAZING service!!!! Came on time, didn't charge an arm and a leg, AND got ALL of the animal stains in my carpet out. Over all really amazing service. I definitely will be recommending them to friends and family who need carpet cleaning. Good job guys y'all did fantastic

CarpetMax scheduled the following day; came on time; the technician was courteous and worked vigorously until all stains were removed from my carpet. The bill was less than hal what I paid for the same service from their competitor last May. I was very happy with the result. I will use this company again.

I am so very pleased with CarpetMax. I reached out to them very late on a Wednesday night looking to have my carpet cleaned on a Friday. I knew it was a long shot, but without hesitation I was told they could be at my house at 8am Friday. Friday morning they got started right away and finished in a very timely manner. As the previous owners of my new home were smokers, I had purchased requested for them to deodorize my carpet. When I came back from running errands, my carpet/house not only smelled amazing, but my house looked completely different. I am so grateful to CarpetMax for being able to come out to my house in such a short notice and for their outstanding service. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family!

Gave good notice on when they would arrive. Very friendly and explained what they were doing and put in the extra work on some tuffer stains. The techs also had good equipment and practiced good housekeeping skills very pleased will recommend to other people. Carpet looks much better thanks.

They do good work. I had a stain that no one has been able to clean. The CarpetMax team cleaned it, and the area looks great! I will have them do all my floor work in the future.

Prior to hiring carpet Max to clean my carpets I thought they desperately needed to be replaced. I was concerned about moving in to my new place because of germs, dirt and grime that lived and existed in the carpets; due to the last renter who lived there trashed the floors and let animals urinate through out the home. The house had a strong Oder immediately when you opened the front door. I was truly skeptical I’d be wasting money trying to “clean” these carpets. I truly give a BIG thanks to carpet max for offering there services and making my carpets look close to new. Aside from sanitizing and cleaning my carpets of the urine and dirt, they also got the melted candle wax out of the carpet too! I would recommend carpet max to everyone.
