AT&T Store

I really loved that the Vice President was at this location at the time of my visit. Mr. Ibrahim was simply great and very helpful. AT&T should promote this man to CEO.

Worked with Rainn on 2 separate occasions one in person and again over the phone to remedy an issue and his customer service is out of this world! He truly does care about you the customer and will ensure the best result he can. Definitely if you need AT&T anything I would go here first. Absolutely Top Notch!

I visited this site today to get a new phone for my mother. Quinton was very helpful and efficient. He greeted us with a smile, answered all our questions, and completed our transaction quickly. I would definitely recommend this location.

The associate that helped us is named Raine Wayland. He was very helpful! He spent a long amount of time with us answering all of our questions and making sure our needs were met. We went away knowing Raine used his tremendous knowledge to provide us with the best wireless service and we went away feeling like Raine was a friend. I know I can go back to that store and receive the best service in West Texas!

I went to get info on some new phones and Amie and Vanessa were very helpful and advised me on what’s best for me. I couldn’t be more happier with their service and help on finding what I needed. Amie and Vanessa are excellent employees please don’t forget to look for them to be helped out.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with great pleasure for my service All three members have positive attitude and phenomenal patience.

I went in yesterday to have my son's screen protector replaced. Yesenia was attentive and kind. She got it done and we only waited maybe 5-10 mins.2nd time she has helped me

I had come from the 42nd location , the store was full, people waiting and the lady didn't even get my name to be on the waiting list to be seen by someone. She seemed bothered so I walked out
I walked in and went to the 191 location ( this is the 2nd time I've been here) and forgot how easy it was to get customer service. I will not go back to the 42nd location again.

Great place to get a new line or new phone. They clearly knew what they were doing and got me out with what I needed. I’ll definitely be going back here for my internet service when it becomes available in my area

was greeted when i walked in , and helped by an employee right away (mileena ) just came in for questions on internet service and came out with a nice case for phone . great experience overall . would recommend them for your next accessory had answers to all the questions i needed help with .

Adrian was a great help and took his time with me, explained a lot of time with me, showing me how to work the phone, and Raine the manager, was very helpful also. I didn't have to wait, and they were very attentive to my needs. Because I am very dumb when it comes to technology of a cellphone.

I was at At&t in 7250 E Highway 191 Odessa, Tx 79765. yesterday for a phone consult because my data doesn’t go 5G. My plan was unlimited data so I know for sure it has to be 5G. Raine help me to fix it and this guy knows a lot. He is the man for the job. Got it fixed and never wasted my time. I will surely come back.
