We had Maria and she was fantastic. Helped us find an affordable furniture set and bedroom set while getting our delivery bundled into one so we could have all our furniture the same day. The whole staff was super courteous to me and my husband and even interacted with my toddler when he started to get ancy. Couldn't recommend a better sales associate or staff to help with your furnishing needs.

We came in looking to explore options for a new fridge. And never even thought of purchasing or financing a new fridge that day. But Angie (the manager) helped us and gave us a few options. She broke everything down and explained things very thoroughly. We really appreciated her patience with us as we changed our minds on a few options. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about all the options. We appreciate her very much and will be coming back shortly to hopefully purchase a few more items.

This location has always been good to us! Their sales personnel are well informed and very helpful. Isaac was our salesman on our most recent purchase and he was really nice. He explained everything really well and in good detail. Forever our one stop shop for home supplies.

I put 5 stars, due to the way Rosemary, handled a recent miscommunication the store and I had, about my bill. They called a lot, which was frustrating, however, the way it was handled once we were finally able to speak, made me respect a lot about this stores leadership. I hope to be doing business with them, a lot more, in the future.

First time buying from Conn's in Odessa and the moment I walked in I was greeted and felt welcomed by Maria. She helped me decide and answered all my questions. Great service and professionalism. Will definitely recommend everyone to come by.

This was my first time at cons it was a very enjoyable experience lots of stuff to choose from and check out while you’re in the store the sells associates and employees were super friendly and helpful. Loved my experience while shopping for a new TV did not care too much for the financing process it’s almost like going to rent to own, so we paid out-of-pocket if you haven’t been, I would suggest you go check them out

This is my second visit here since my last visit 10 years ago. Still awesome customer service and they got me in and out real quick. Helped me find what I needed and left happy with the payment and appliances I needed.

Maria was professional and knowledgeable about all the furniture. She found us a tape measure so we could make sure everything was right for us. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Being doing business at this store in Odessa for the passed ten years or so and have always been very pleased with the service there. The salesmen are very professional don't try to sale you anything you don't want and they don't crowd you. Very friendly service.

Great store. Sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly. The store has a bit of everything from budget to high end. They deliver to small towns in the area, and fast. Large store but they offer the customer service you would expect from your favorite locally owned store. Highly recommend. Ask for Marshal.

We went in to buy a washer & dryer and came out with a great deal. Bonnie helped us out through the whole process and answered all our questions and concerns which made everything so much easier. She was always with a smile on her face. Great customer service!

Is a good place to buy furniture and appliances I had a great experience the first time with the washer and dryer and now I came for the second time for a new stove and a tv package with surround system and I will be coming back as soon I’m done with that
