Charlettee Washington made buying (2017) and selling (2023) our first home an absolute wonderful experience. She is super knowledgeable about every aspect of buying/selling homes, including the financials and programs available to help first time homebuyers. She also was instrumental in getting our offer accepted when the market was saturated with cash buyers. Char made sure we were working with the best lender when purchasing our home in Round Rock, and that we got into a home we could comfortably afford as well as making sure we applied for all the financial help we qualified for.

When it came time to sell 6 years later, we didn't hesitate and called Char. She was absolutely stellar again, making sure we had everything in line for listing the house and being our feet on the ground after we moved out of state. She had us multiple offers within a week and a half of being on the market, of which we accepted one and even had a backup offer just in case! She kept us informed every single step of the way, AND we successfully closed on time. Smoothest process ever. If we ever decide to move back to Texas, she'll be the only realtor we will use.

My realtor, Jacob Chagoya, did an amazing job in finding me a rental. He really went above and beyond. He listened to what I needed and didn’t waste my time and found the best place for me. I had to put all my trust in him because I lived out of state and needed him to find something that fit my needs and work then work the deal for me, sight unseen. I had an amazing experience with Austin Summit when looking to rent a house. I was in the neighborhood and saw Chrissy’s Caputo name & contact infront of a house. I called and she was really nice and put me in touch with Jacob Chagoya. He immediately reached out and scheduled a tour the next day. I loved the house and applied for it. Jacob followed up with me to keep me posted on my application. I honestly think he’s the type of agent everyone needs if you are looking for a house to rent or buy. He’s very detailed , has some good advices, patient and great communication style. He answered all my questions and if he don’t know, he will honestly tell you he don’t but find out for you. Mostly a great attitude. I’ve worked with some agents and they usually act like you don’t matter and act very busy. And having a someone that understands your needs throughout house hunting is very comforting. I will definitely be working with Jacob in the nearest future again !
