I was a tenant in one of Masterkey's properties for 2.5 years and they are honestly the best property management company I have dealt with (and I've had my fair share of extremely difficult management companies over the last 10 years...) our property manager Rex was always easy to reach or would respond in a reasonable time to requests, critical repair requests like AC not working, or breaker issues, were fixed ASAP, and every step of the move in/move out process was smooth sailing. Highly recommend Masterkey!

Easily the worst real estate management in Austin. After 24 months of being the perfect tenant, we were treated like garbage. They held onto our security deposit, claiming bogus charges and treated us with the utmost disrespect and unprofessionalism. I feel sorry for you if you have to deal with Rex's nasty attitude. They are taking advantage of college students, please take your business elsewhere.
