After arriving to San Antonio and realizing the house I initially leased was not In a safe area, I chose to vacate and begin my search again. A friend referred me to Bill so I emailed him letting him know my situation, search criteria, and budget. The next morning (sun) he sent me a few listings to review and we scheduled a time to meet on Monday to tour some homes in the local area. By Wed I decided to put in an application and not even 8 hours later, Bill informed me I had been approved! He worked late into the night the day before Thanksgiving for my family and I because he knew just how quickly we needed to get into a new home. By Saturday I had the keys and couldn't have been happier!

What I write can not express how well she represented me with great professionalism during times tenants were flat out abusive and entitled. It was hard for me to bite my tongue with things happening but she kept us all on course. The sale was successful and she guided me to make good choices.
