I visited this pharmacy with a prescription in Portuguese from my Brazilian nutritionist. Nikki, a wonderfully kind lady, assisted me with utmost care and attention. Her patience and expertise left me truly grateful. Despite not finding what I needed, my interaction with her was the highlight of my visit. As someone experienced in customer service, I would easily give her a 10-star review on Google. I highly recommend this pharmacy. I'll be back for sure.

I absolutely LOVE Peoples Rx! Everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. I love that I can find all the supplements I love and need plus top quality salads, sandwiches, juices and desserts. If you are picky about ingredients they have the best! Organic and delicious. They also have gluten free foods and desserts. The banana chocolate chip muffin is my go to treat every time I shop there.

This is a one-of-a-kind store with great people who I rely on for a happy, healthy existence. I highly recommend Ken at the North 183 store. Regardless of which location you go to, they always have friendly knowledge, expertise, and quality products you won't find elsewhere. They are also one of the last few compounding pharmacies in Austin; even if you don't need them now, you very well may be glad they are there one day. Support them and shop People's for this fact alone IMHO.

I was able to fill my prescription quickly. Pick up was fast and easy. Really friendly staff, they took my insurance when few places would so that was a pleasant surprise.They also called me as soon as it was ready instead of me having to keep calling to check like many other places. Will be using them from now on. Overall, super great experience!

These guys are really the best at what they do. They are really friendly and have several locations throughout Austin. They offer to call you back when your prescription is ready or has been called/faxed in by the doctor's office. They are always more than willing to consult with you about prescriptions that you are picking up. They are really professional and timely. Now I will have to say that their pricing is a bit higher than their competitors but they do also offer a lot more than the other guys, too. I definitely like stopping by at this location and asking questions that would not normally be answered anywhere else. They have a ton of organic supplements and also have a great number of protein powders and even LICK ice-cream at some locations!

Great pharmacy. My husband gets some of his medication there and they are very efficient, friendly, fast. The staff allowed me to put up a lost dog sign in their pharmacy. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone. The Pharmacist here knows his stuff and is eager to help you understand the medication and how to take it. All staff were kind to us I appreciate the kindness they gave us. Our dog was found the next day by the way. I apologize for not going back to pharmacy to let them know but yes our dog was found. Thanks for helping us! Keep up the good work kindness goes a long way.

I've been visiting this place for over 10 years now and I have always walked away satisfied. The products work wonders and have helped me with treating certain ailments as holistically as possible. The consultants are so helpful every time I walk in not knowing exactly what I need. If they don't know the answer, they find someone who will, so you always leave the store knowing there is a caring community behind you wanting to help solve your issue. Great service, great supplements, and a great environment all around.

Great pharmacy! I get medication for my cats and foster kittens compounded here so I don't have to pill them. They always call me first to check pricing before filling, and then the meds are usually ready the next day which is great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the location is super convenient.

I have allergies to the inactive ingredients in nearly all medications. Peoples has my allergies on file and coordinates with my doctor to make sure ever medication I need is safe for me. If my doctor prescribes something that isn't safe, or able to be compounded safely, for me Peoples works with my doctor to find something that will work. I'm so grateful for their attention to detail! I hope to keep them as my compounding pharmacy for life

I’ve been suffering for months now with chronic bladder infections. Nothing was working. I kept getting more fatigued, and feeling really lethargic. Friday morning I woke up feeling the worst.

I decided to go to People’s Pharmacy on 183. I met with a wonderful lady named Dawn, and people, she hooked me up!

I started feeling better that afternoon! No lie! Yesterday my energy stated to come back! I was feeling happy and slept well last night.

Just 3 holistic products and BAM! She did give me a list of foods to NOT eat for the next 2 weeks as well.

I will now always go to People’s Pharmacy when I’m feeling bad.

If you’re experiencing a chronic condition and your doctors aren’t helping you, I highly recommend People’s Pharmacy!

I live in Dallas but have phone appts with Dr. Amy Nelson and she is superb. Her bedside manner is genuine and she's a rare instance of a patient (thoroughly explains, enjoys explaining, and not in a patronizing way), kind (so so nice) and results-based doctor who truly enjoys what she does and has found her calling. Her goal is to not just treat the symptoms but to help you find the solutions to cure your ailments. I highly recommend her and wish more doctors were like her.
