Tristan and Brittney were exceptional at advising me on paint for my home interior design project. The level of knowledge and customer service exceeded my expectations after having shopped at big box stores. During my most recent visit, I mentioned this to the store manager, Tyler, who was equally knowledgeable and friendly. They’ve earned my loyalty. You don't find that level of service very often anymore.

Tyler was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. He did an amazing job of making a paint to touch up my IKEA cabinets. He also gave me great advice on how to paint my bedroom. Great service!! I brought in an old can of paint and Trenton was able to match the paint. He also went through all the supplies I would need to get started on my home projects. He never tried to upsell me and provided me with budget friendly options.

I had gone to Sherwood Williams store to look at paint colors too but I m definitely coming back to this store because of his service :)

I would like to spotlight or give a "shout out" to an amazing customer service employee, Trent. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product line, paint color, hues and the moods they create, what steps to take when trying to decide on a color, offers great suggestions for a DIY novice (like myself) to feel confident, and most of all he does all this in a warm, friendly, and winsome way. Can you tell I am overjoyed with my experience! I live in Round Rock and there is another store close to me but I didn't get the same quality of service and help that I received from Trent. I'm so glad to have experienced such excellent customer service and for that I give Trent 5 stars.

Not all paints are created equal. BM has a great lineup of products that perform and get the job done with excellent results.

These guys really know their stuff and it is a pleasure to work with them. No detail is too small, no question is unanswered. I have a lot of painting to do and will be doing it with Benjamin Moore paints purchased at this location! Highly recommend!!

Skip the trip to home Depot. The paint is much better and the service is the best. You leave confident that you have the right stuff and understand what paints work best in each room.
