Excellent service and very clean. Please work on the self serve soda machine for customers. These high tech machines are always the best option. They might be cost efficient but they don’t always taste like the true taste of soda. Keep these simple. Customers don’t always like too much change. Great experience all employees were very on hand!!! 😀

Wow, I'm not usually one to leave positive reviews unless I'm wowed.

But I have never been before, but the customer service was awesome. I was amazed.

As I was walking out after my dine-in (about 20min) the manager yelled out "Thank you, Mike!"

I was so impressed by that simple gesture of just remembering my name from the ticket.

So I go into order, the young man takes my order. Before handing me a recede or my cup for my drink he's standing there on his phone in front of the cash register The young man never made eye contact with me he was too busy worried about his phone why does he have his phone while he's at work?

Fresh food (except the fries that were cold). Good service. Except the fries that were cold. 🤣

The staff here at this Wendy’s is amazing so kind and friendly, always upbeat, ready to go never a line or a long wait for food there’s a group of ladies, I know one of their names is Victoria. They usually work the drive-through super sweet and they always remind me to use my reward, deals or coupons.

Maria smile made my morning 100 times better. I was already running late and hungry she made me want to come back to this location everytime I am headed to SanAntonio. The breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh. That strawberry lemonade gave me life yes yes and the potato wedges just a added touch of yes and yes yes. Don’t ever forget this spot go visit and see Maria she’s beyond amazing and deserves a raise and vacation paid on the company

Lupita is an excellent lady, she went above and beyond making this location the best Wendy's in the area. Store is very clean. Employees are well managed, polite and happy. Please give her a nice Holiday bonus Wendy's 🙏

Food is always good orders are 99 % of the time accurate.

They were closed when I arrived, but first Maryann at drive up window was looking at my map to see what other places might be open. Then Miguel, Bless his heart, understood from Maryann that I did not drive on I35, so he was trying to explain it, THEN HE ASKED IF HE COULD ADD WHATABURGER'S location to my map! He did and I just finished a delicious patty melt. The KINDNESS and genuine compassion for me was outstanding

It was the middle of the night and my nuggets were fresh and hot! Restaurant was very clean! There was actually a male worker that was meticulously wiping EVERYTHING down the whole time I waited for my food! He was focused!

Pilot worker was very nice and welcoming too!

Just went in the drive thru (11:30am) n the man at the window was unbelievably nice!! Food was quick n hot n his kindness was extremely appreciated :D

Great. Customer service from lady at the drive-thru was super.
Though i did ask for no Mayo and they added mayo. She didn't take my order. Overall, it was fine.

Pleasantly surprised by this Wendy’s. Burger looked like the picture, hot crispy bacon. Interior of restaurant was really nice. Honestly had kind of written Wendy’s off, but would definitely come back to this location.

Food was made fresh and fries were fresh and hot as well. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Inside sitting area Soda fountain area was sticky on counter area and on machine. I know that's a hard area to keep clean. But all in all I would recommend for a quick bite to eat.

Perfect and the Lady that served us was really nice.

Our family went last night the only person working was Tanisha... not only the only one working but working hard. She was taking orders, doing drive through, dropping off everyone’s orders to tables... all while making sure we didn’t need anything else. The others “working” were literally sitting there watching her. Only reason we’re giving 5 stars is because of her hard work, it didn’t go unnoticed. I hope she can get some real help in that place !!!
