The Home Depot

I really do love Home Depot. They usually have everything I need and, while you might have to wander around a bit to find someone to help you, the staff is friendly and helpful and usually knowledgeable. This was the first time I have used the rental center (we were blowing new insulation into our attic) and the staff there was was quick to help work through a couple of problems and very accommodating. I will definitely be happy to rent machinery there in the future.

The teen girl in rent section (morning sheft) is rude, always upset, didn't response if u aske for help.

In and out for some parts for the house. Customer service was great.

Dessi helped me about 2weeks ago, she was patient, nice understanding. Also, there was another man that helped me, he too was real nice. I didn’t catch his name. Tall, brown/blondish hair he was setting up displays

I used to work here great place to shop and friendly people/employees would love to work back here again soon.

Needed some really heavy moving boxes and Home Depot has some in stock at all times. Great place to shop!

Had a great experience. Dan in the lawn equipment department was amazing. Very helpful, professional, and the sweetest! Will definitely be going back and looking for him if we have any more questions about our lawn equipment.

Buying a new fridge. Couldn't find the worker in that area, but the staff in the next section over were happy to help and complete the sale!!! The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the appliances outside her sales area. A++

I was in the electrical department, and was approached by a Home Depot employee and asked if I needed help. She found my Receptical box I needed and got me out of there in 5 mins. Thank You Angela! Wish all workers were like her. Give this girl a raise please.

I spent several hours on a Saturday in the store because I'm building a new home.

My first helpful person was Bradin, he sat with me going over door options exterior and interior with so much patience.

Next was Demi, she help me get my kitchen cabinets choices organized to the way I liked offering color options and backslash even down to the layout of the flooring.

Last but not least was Patricia, she walked me through the appliances. We covered everything from the hood range to water heater and all that is necessary to finish off a spectacular look.

Each person should receive their 5 stars individually because they each took time out of their day to help me.

I can’t brag on Carlos in the lumber/siding department enough! If he hasn’t received a raise he damn sure needs one. AMAZING customer service. We went to the midland Home Depot first, asked 4 people for help and didn’t receive any. Called Odessa, Carlos answered and told us he had the siding we needed. So we drove to Odessa where Carlos loaded everything on a cart for us and told me where the rest of the stuff on my list was located.

Great experience at Home Depot today. Not only employees available to help find items, customers were also having fun helping each other and sharing experiences with the things others were shopping for. It was actually a fun outing all around!

Always have what I need for small projects.

I used to have a problem getting help in their stores. My experience today was the complete opposite, they were so helpful and polite and I felt very comfortable asking the associate's questions and I feel confident that they knew what they were talking about. Thanks for all the great help, and I only wish my bathroom shower project could go as smooth as my experience at this store.

It turned out to be more affordable and more convenient with the items I was looking for. I would have never thunk that the most simple things are at the store your wouldn't on average think of....HOME Depot...go figure. PERFECT!

I live in Midland but I will be driving to the Odessa store from now on. Adlemi in the customer service area was extremely helpful. A lot of people showed up at the same time and she was able to help us quickly and kindly.

The Home Depot in Odessa. They are different from Midland and they seemed so new n updated and more variety of things I have not seen in Midland Home Depot. It was good to know I can come here to see an other options back up. The people who works there are so kind and friendly and attentive. The Midland Home Depot seems more of "absence" to assist or available. But they are good too. Just noticed the difference in 2 cities. Just saying. At the end it was well 😊
