The staff here is very friendly and knowledgable, great service. As far as the items available they do have a ton of inventory with variety in sizes, styles and top brands available! The rewards point system is pretty nice too! I was able to find some great, comfortable work boots as well as Cinch and Ariat brand FR shirts!

It's a western store...with some overpriced things and not enough of other things.

I had a very delightful experience shopping here with my family. As we entered the store, we were welcomed with a friendly smile and greeting by an employee named Lexy (I think). Lexy helped us with all of our questions, and was very helpful and patient as we wandered through the vast selection of boots and clothing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Clean curtious helpful in stock of the exact items needed for my son's wedding across the country. Reasonable prices compared to the standard. Will visit again! Good job folks

Found boots for my prosthetic, carbon toe lace up and there so comfortable it feels like a pair of ole comfortable tennis shoes

I purchased a really nice black felt hat and also had it reshaped to acquire the look that I wanted. The young man that assisted me, whose name is Ray, was very confident that he could shape my new purchase that way that I wanted. Now keep in mind, he shaped my hat according to a picture that I showed him on my phone!! When I arrived the following day to pick up my hat, I was surprised to see that he shaped it to absolute perfection!!
Afterwards, a nice and professional Lady by the name of Angie, assisted me in changing the hat band!! This place is great and there employees are top notch!! Thanks guys. Tony Carrasco

Went here yesterday and I love it! They actually price matched for me so I got 2 pair of boots! Saved over $60! They definitely earned my business again!!!

Love any store that has the smell of leather. Love the boots and clothes. Although they were barely putting out men's summer shirts I found what I needed. Thank you.

Service was nice...well this odessa location....better then the midland....and wasy better then cavanders...except for the cavanders in palestine tx....thats got great service....but this place was good...just need a bigger selection on Danners boots
