Foot Clinic of East Texas, PC

I called and was able to get in the same day, immediately after I called. After diagnosis, I expected to be told to come back for the procedure. Instead, they stayed after hours to finish my case. Very friendly staff. Dr. Phelps was excellent. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Phelps and Dr. Smith are both dedicated to every patient and treat their patients as if they are their own family!!This clinic is very professional and works together as a team and the the staff is very well trained! Very very very rude!! I called and asked to speak to the office manager and she said this is she. I told her I saw a job posting for a doctors assistant position she cut me off and told me to apply online and I told her I tried too but before I could finish she said," We already have 140 applicants online and if you cant do it online then it's not for you!" and hung up in my face!I didn't even get to get out that the website was down so I could email it. She didn't care to hear it just said what she had to say and hung up while I was still trying to get my words out. I do not believe that was an office manager, if so this place has NO regards for people. Very disrespectful and rude. Good luck to you all 140 applicants you'll need it they're hateful! Update: 12/05/17. Today I received a call from the Foot Clinic.To my disbelief it was a call for an apology from the lady personally about our miscommunication of the phone call.Very grateful for the apology and your conscience.GOD Bless

I went into the foot clinic of east Texas with my left foot aching ,the staff took care of my needs. They treated my aching foot an relived the discomfort I was feeling , .I am very pleased with this business, an will use them any time the need arises ,

Great staff and doctors! Took care of my daughters ingrown toenail and it has never come back! I would definitely recommend this office to all of my friends and family.

Arrived for scheduled appointment at 11:30 and 12:15 still waiting for service. Seems a little discriminatory for me because I was in the office before other client and Phelps saw him first. Well, guest I won't be getting service here again.
