Went a lil past 1am. Door locked, no sign up saying they will be back. I would have waited but who knows how long they would’ve been. If I would’ve known I would’ve went to a different one on my way. From previous experiences tho, Jacob is very sweet. It’s nice to see a familiar face.

Jacob is too sweet beyond words. He is the reason I prefer this location. Can’t get a lick of kindness whatsoever at the loop & broadway location. This one also has slightly better prices too.

New management is doing great job, bringing more products. Its cleaner too.

Love the espresso latte for $1.69. Just as good as Starbucks that charge $4 -$5.
And a clerk who actually is "Texas friendly".

Night time associate is really friendly and great worker. If I knew his name I would tell you!

I always put gas here. Good quality fuel, and one of the cheapest gas stations in Tyler.

Why would I, or anyone else for that matter, continue to use the 7/11 app here in Tyler Texas when it just keeps getting canceled?

This is not a condescending or rhetorical question, I'm just really asking....

Customer service was okay. But the tacos were terrible. Sitting in a pool of grease when served my coworker and I could not tell the difference between the steak and fajita meat. Also the rice and beans were gooey and had no flavoring.

Cashier working there around 6:15pm had a major attitude and was very disrespectful and condescending!
