I had a mishap when I got an app notification letting me know there was an issue with one of my prescriptions. In the confusion, I was worried I would not be able to get my prescription and had them transferred. I received notification that one was filled so assumed they both would be. We were all confused when I came to pick up and they weren’t ready. They were kind, patient and very deserving of their undoubtedly hidden frustration with me. They were professional and moved forward with filling the prescription right then and there. Very grateful to them.

Walgreens in Tyler is one of the Friendliest stores I've been to! Our cashier Brittany Taylor was very kind and informative. She taught us all the benefits of using the Walgreens app!
Also, Brooke introduced us to all of the sales products in the cosmetic department. Both were very sweet and helpful! This has to be one of the best Walgreens wee ever visited!! :)

Photo section was awesome..all the cashiers that I bvb asked questions of were super nice and helped me find everything O needed with lots of options!

I think it's a great little friendly quick stop to pick up this in the pick up that great customer service always polite people the employees are always helpful and on a first-name basis with most of them I think they do a great job thanks for being in my neighborhood
