Best vets in all of Austin! The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. My dog loves going to see his friends there. I recently had to hospitalize my dog at the emergency vet and the staff at Cedar Park Animal Clinic followed up to check on my dog and make sure he was on the mend. The level of service is beyond outstanding.

Really great veterinary care. I had previously taken my dog to a few other vets in the area, and I am so happy I found Dr. Vallee and the awesome staff here.

The intake tech I normally get is so sweet and I can tell she treats the animals in her care like her own. Lynn checked us out recently after a dental, and I was impressed with how she went over everything. Dr. Vallee did the same- calling after the dental and going over the (seriously fantastic) results. I really loved that they took a before and after photo of the cleaning, and gave us a little goody bag of post-op treats.

I’ve been through around a dozen dental cleanings with my dogs at various clinics around Austin and never had such a great experience. Very happy to have found this place!

I have been using this vet clinic for over 30 years. They have treated my dogs, cats and when I used to have horses they treated them too.
Dr. Thompson and Dr. Valle are the two vets I am familiar with using and they have always been compassionate and knowledgable in the administration of my animal's care.
When my dog contracted Ehrlichiosis last year and needed her eyes removed Dr. Valle was exceptionally kind and understanding taking great care to help me through the process.

I have several animals I take to this clinic and have for several years. Dr. Valle and staff are amazing! Some of my animals like my cat Picasso is a very difficult patient. Besides hissing and clawing them, well he always defecates too and it is embarrassing. Yet they take all of his antics in stride and handle him with kindness and compassion. He suffers from many respiratory issues and Dr. Valle’s assessment is always spot on and she tries to minimize the monetary impact of his health care by suggesting different ways to approach his treatment.

My cat was not feeding well. They took us right back to room. Stay with your pet. Vet Tech was very professional and friendly. Dr. Thompson came in very nice probably man. In and out in about 30 minutes. Cost was very reasonable.

Dr. Miller was the best vet I’ve ever taking my pets too! She made me feel so comfortable with her evaluating my puppy. Thank you and your staff

With all the pain in our hearts, on January 6th, 2023 we let our beloved Lily go. This review is to thank Cedar Park Animal Clinic for their compassion, empathy and respect in this process. We were not rushed, given a private room and each step thoroughly explained. We choose to receive Lily's ashes and that was handled gracefully as well. We had made many inquiries locally as we knew the time was approaching but CPAC from the first call made the process bearable. Thank you: Lauren, Lynn, Erin, Joan and Dr. Valle for the beautiful condolence card meant the world💌

Was a great well check for my dog who is 11 now. The vet was great did hear a murmur and gave me information what to look for and what to do in early detection.

Very friendly , caring and experienced vet. Took the time to explain my dog’s disease to me. I was grateful!
Front desk was really nice and friendly too.
Clean environment, nicely set up and compassionate care if your pet is passing.

I don't even know where to begin but I do want to say a HUGE thank you to CPAC. Dr Vallee is committed to the very best care for your furry friend. She helped me by checking my sweet baby boy Jasper out. Unfortunately it was a little to late and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let my boy cross the rainbow bridge. When that time came (05.10.22) Janelle was super sweet and helped me with the process and took my sweet boy for his aftercare. I will miss him and he will forever be in my heart. I want to send a shout out to the vet tech that stayed with me during the euthanization process, Eric and Lynn as well. I will never soon forget the compassion you all have shown me the past couple of weeks and will be using you again once I adopt a new fur baby. Thank you again .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Makes us and our dog feel relaxed and comfortable. Vets and technicians always take time to listen to our concerns.

The staff are helpful. The veterinarians have always done a good job diagnosing a problem and making recommendations.

We've been going to CP Animal Clinic for the majority of our 23+ years living here. There were several times when we tried other practices to save a few bucks. The "musical vets" game has stopped. Drs. Thompson and Douglas are dialed in to what it means to run a professional and compassionate veterinary practice. They have an incredible staff and the other vets are just amazing too. Thank you for your world-class veterinary care.

Bode is a very anxious big dog. He has some stressful vet visits in the past. Our visit with your office was one of the less stressful visits we have had. Thank you for making some accommodations for us. Not having to wait in the waiting room was the best thing. Everyone was extremely helpful and Bode (who does not warm to people quickly) warmed up to the staff within minutes.

After using this vet for over 25 years I’m happy to say that they take care of not only our furry pets, but also the pet parents!. Professional, compassionate, and always there to make sure your fur baby is taken care of. I absolutely love this vet clinic and would recommend to anyone in search of a place that cares so much for the fur babies!! Thankful to have a place like this to call my pets vet care home. Just brought my old pug home from a procedure and after talking to one of the front office ladies I feel less stressed and that I was not a bother for calling and asking questions. Highly recommended 🫶🏽

Doctor checks on my cats (2), medical for ears, rabies vaccines, antibiotics injections and exam wellness. They did good jobs! I am appreciating it.

Dr. Thompson is an absolute treasure. Very caring, patient, and always truthful. An absolute savior who cares for my all of my furry family as he would his own.
