I went from a lawyer who never listened, didn't understand, and had to be told how to approach the courts. So far my experience has been great with Molly. She has been honest and upfront with me she has explained things and why they are that way in the legal system. All around great, the price is pretty high but she is certainly worth it and I will be glad to have her representing me if/when my issues go to court.

I still maintain what was previously said however after having dealt with them and subsequently tired as their client. I've learned they will file paperwork on your behalf without communicating with you for over a year and put the blame solely on the client when it is both parties responsibility to communicate. I'm ok with the relationship termination as I want my representation to represent me and not what they believe. In my time dealing with this firm I learned more about the case from the other party and their attorney then by my own representation.

Zero Communication. Seems they only work on Thursday and Friday. If your lucky and they talk to you on Thursday they claim to get back to you the next day, they never do and before you know it its the weekend and you have to wait again. Months have gone by and a simple revision of a Child Support order is still not done. But I still get those invoices in the mail with them wanting my money...

Worst experience ever!! Do not call this firm unless you’re wanting to donate your money to them with no result!! Charged me $250 only to tell me they can’t represent me on my court date!? Even after being told that they in fact were avail for my court date. Worst ethics ever experienced, and from a law firm. 24 years and 8 combat deployments to include flying over NYC on 9/11 as a pilot in the Navy only to be told that I’m lying about my conversations with this law firm is incredibly discrediting and dishonorable. Thank you for making my decision on having this firm represent me easy. Do not trust them or allow them to represent you! They’re only loyal to themselves.

The lack of compassion and morals of this attorney are shameful. Since when is an attorney also a doctor?? To state someone's condition to be incoherent and allow illegal documents to be signed knowing the person cannot legally obtain information or property is a crime. For a family attorney, there is a lot of questionable practices that are not done in good faith. Highly recommend that everyone not use a lawyer because of their last name, but because they have there client's best interests and this is not that kind of practice.

I thought molly was a qualified and competent attorney, her staff however appears to be incompetent. After scheduling an appointment with her staff for services listed in her website, two weeks later on the day, of my appointment I was called and told they don’t handle my type of cases and to find another attorney, THANKS for wasting my time!!!

She agreed to something on my behalf that I did not nor would not ever authorize. Everything we did was done by email yet she states I agreed to it during a phone call. She has been disciplined by the bar for the same to another client.
