CareNow Urgent Care - Georgetown Williams Drive

I’ve been to Hospital ER’s and other Urgent Care facilities but I have never been more pleased than today. The receptionist was forthright, helpful, courteous and accommodating. The nurse was efficient in checking vitals and wrapping my treated wound at the end. The PA was amazing in cleaning, diagnosing, explaining and treating my cut finger. My time was not wasted and I left feeling like a valued patient.

Everyone was polite, professional, and kind. The nurse practitioner named Angie seemed highly knowledgeable. I saw her at the end of a long day; she was a good listener, patient, and helpful.

The clinic was wonderful! Receptionist told me there would be a slight wait - no problem. Had several things to check out. Was pleased with all results. Nurses and doctors were quick and efficient.

This was my first time at this location and checked in online. Overall the visit was great. S. Chavez APN was easy to communicate with , patient, and professional. The visit was under a hour of time from start to finish. Making the one of the best visits I have ever experienced at any of their locations. The Xray tech was super kind and friendly. The front staff was also helpful and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The entire staff from the front receptionist Ms Carey to the physician assistant/nurse Ms Lashanda and PA Dr Julie who saw me, all are very professional and courteous. Everyone at St David's Urgent Care off of Williams Drive in Georgetown, TX are exemplary staff.

Our first time here. Excellent experience. Very, very helpful lady at the front desk as I stumbled with electronic check-in. Patient staff with our special needs adult child. Non-rush atmosphere. Doctor was personable, concerned, listened, and knowledgeable. I’ll return again if the time arises.

Everyone was friendly! Got in and out with ease! My only request would be when you checkin online for a time wait guesstimate be given…. I like the waiting at home until it is your turn, but having a rough guess of timing would be helpful. I am very thankful this clinic is here!

Everyone there was very nice and respectful. I was just there for a pre employment drug screen but I have to say they were extremely on top of their game. If I ever have a minor medical concern, I would come there for care. Please give the team my thoughts.

Accepts VA patients for urgent care. Saved me a 3 hour round trip to Temple VA Hospital for a simple UTI. In and out in 45 minutes. Sent the Rx to the closest pharmacy and they filled it quickly! I am a fan.

I was hesitant to visit an urgent care due to a previous unpleasant experience. However, this visit was totally different: easy, quick, and professional from check in to check up. The ability to register on line is a game changer.

Called and verified certain procedures, the staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. Once admitted, I was seen very quickly and treatment was provided swiftly. Friendly staff and excellent service.

Love the convenience of location and H‑E‑B is right there to pick up medicine. The Dr and other people there are nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I will go back if the need arises.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Tech has been there many years (since office opened). PA was willing to discuss my concerns and explained her diagnosis, thoroughly. Very satisfied with their treatment of me.
