Allied Siding & Windows

We selected Allied for a full window replacement and all new siding due to their other positive reviews, good experience working with sales team and price. This was a big and invasive job with people in and out the house for a week and a half. The PM Diego and his crew were awesome! Diego is super polite and communicative, and the entire crew was respectful. It felt like a super skilled team, and we love the outcome!!

Great experience from beginning to end! Salesperson, Tim, was always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his product AND that of his competition.
Edgar and his team did the installation and we couldn't be happier with his efficiency and professionalism! I can't think of a single thing that I would have liked to have been done differently.

Allied replaced all 44 windows in our 24 year old house. Diego and his installation crew were fantastic. They are real craftsmen and gentlemen. I highly recommend Allied. I was a bit worried about how this job would end up, but the results and news windows are excellent.

From the salesman Tim Nash to the installation crew run by Edgar everything was very professional and well done. There was good communication and the installation crew was on time and cleaned up nicely.

We had an excellent experience with Allied Siding and Windows. Tim was our salesman and Diego ran the construction crew. Both men as well as the crew were very polite, professional and did a wonderful job with our project. We had windows, sliding glass door and siding replaced. They also replaced the skirting. It looks beautiful! We expected them to be here for 5 days and the job was complete in 4.

Tim was our salesman, and William was our foreman. Tim is not at all a pushy salesman, and there was no pressure to purchase anything. They had been recommended to us by someone from a different entity who had the same team work on his home. Allied has been around for years so we felt the warranties they offered would be available for years to come. They also use quality products. We chose them to put on our new siding, eight new windows and a sliding door within the siding, gutters, and expand our patio across the width of our home. William is a meticulous and talented carpenter/Jack of all trades. His crew was also very talented, helpful, and kind. They worked hard sometimes for 12 hour days in the middle of the heat wave we had this summer, yet they never just packed up and left at the end of the day. They cleaned up every single day they worked. They never left a mess in their work area. They also treated all of my belongings with thoughtful care when they had to move them. They lost nothing and broke nothing. When they came inside the house to install the windows, they carefully covered everything in plastic, and in my cluttered house that’s not easy to do. There was no mess left behind. They worked quickly and skillfully. We watched the entire process as William guided the crew through the window installation, and it was obvious they were very well trained. The one day that we actually had a thunderstorm, they hustled and got the house weatherproofed before the rain came. We have had a lot of different work done at our home all summer long by various different companies, and I can say 100% that William and his crew were by far the most considerate and careful around our property. Tim and William were accessible throughout the project when we had questions or concerns. William worked with me to get some difficult fans installed and synced and also worked to help correct some things that a previous contractor and our home builder had not done well. They were extra things that were not his to correct or fix. He could have left them that way like some contractors probably would, but he wanted the job to be done right. We wouldn’t have known for years to come, but he always came to us, pointed out any concerns, and then came back with a thoughtful solution. The end result is as close to perfect as it can be. Our 20 year old home looks brand new, and we couldn’t be more happy with it all. We are finally enjoying a backyard living space after 20 years of living with a 10x10 patio. I can say that I miss seeing William and his crew everyday. They were all so sweet. I would recommend them and also have them back to do the rest of the windows within the brick some day when we want to tackle that project. I would post photos, but we are still having the entire landscape redone, and it wouldn’t do justice to the job Allied did.

Supper happy with Allied. I did windows, siding, roof, and some remodel. Everything from beginning to end was great from the origional sales rep, to the crews that came out, and the followup from the company in between.

I recently had Allied replace windows in a second home and again I was very satisfied. The work was completed on time and looks great.

He is personable and professional, and was able to answer all our questions as well as offering effective solutions to some specific issues related to this older home. I was familiar with the quality of Allied’s services as I had used them previously in Houston, very happy to have them here in Dallas. Happy to be a returning customer!

Had Allied siding and windows come out to my residence to provide quote for siding and gutters. They sent out Monte. He was excellent! Great attitude and very friendly. My sales rep gave a Great presentation. It was professional, not pushy, informative. Left me feeling like I could trust the company and the product. (I hope that’s true). All in all if they do a good job and I don’t discover I could have got the same thing for 3000 less I’ll be happy. In fact due to the sales guy I plan to have them replace my Windows and maybe redo my kitchen.

Excellent customer service and very attentive to what I wanted as well as what would be required by code. I feel like my estimate had every detail possible without actually doing any demo that might uncover surprises. Me. Jones was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable about the products, service, and code. He answered any questions we had and gave us confidence in him and the company.

We used Allied to power wash our white limestone home and they did a great job! No damage to the stone, the workers treated the stains multiple times to make sure they came out, and were very nice to work with. Paige (who coordinated everything) was so great and super responsive to all my questions. Would highly suggest their services.
