WhiteWater Express Car Wash

Best car wash in a place where there seems to be a car wash on every corner! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I really like that they presoak the car before heading through the machine. I also like the fact that the vacuums are not on timers and there is never a shortage of towels. I will always use this car wash over the others! 👍😃

Mathew in the car wash was awesome. He scrubbed the front grill, and the back- super nice, and I didn’t have to go through two times like I usually do at other washes.

Began my Whitewater experience at Georgetown, Tx location and have been 100% satisfied. I’ve been to other locations but none even come close to this one nor to Cherokee and her team! Great job Cherokee!

I always feel valued as a customer when I go there. During my last visit I was helped by a young lady who went the extra mile for me. When my car went through the car wash she noticed that it was not as clean as it should be. She insisted that we run it through again at no cost. She even came and did the initial washing at the entrance and came out after I went through and helped me wipe it down. I did not get her name or I would say so here.

This is by far the BEST car wash ever. The employees Andrea. Aubine and Samuel are so amazing. No turnover and these peeps really care about the customers!

UPDATE: Our carwash experience seems to get better as we continue to go. MISTY was exceptional and appreciate that she helped me when my car windshield needed additional attention.
We have had a very good experience. The wash is not bad, but with the monthly pass, you can take your car through a second time just to be sure. There seems to be a small glitch with the windshield reader scan. Sometimes, you have to pull ahead very slowly to get it to read. Minor inconvenience. Overall good experience.

Kaitlynn( manager) Samuel, Aubrey and Misty are dedicated young people! I cannot say enough about their outstanding service at this car wash. All are a perfect example of good work ethic's, which is so very hard to find nowadays. Please support this car wash!

Car Wash and amenities are always great (e.g. wash is clean and quick with extra good new wipe rags/window cleaner/utility cleaner/mat wash). The staff is always helpful; and friendly. So far we have met the manager Katlyn and Aubrey but all the workers are super friendly and helpful.

Logan went above and beyond to make sure my car was free of bugs on the front bumper and windshield. While I was vacuuming my car he came by to make sure I was satisfied with the car wash and wanted to make sure he got all the bugs. Awesome work ethic and friendly with customers. Thanks Logan!

Nice, clean place. Friendly staff. I had an issue turning off my subscription, yet when the company brought in a new manager, Samuel, got everything worked out efficiently. Thank you sir for your great help!!

Love this place. Once you are a member and get the sticker on your windshield you just pull up to the kiosk and basically drive right through. It's quick and does a good job I love all the amenities after the wash. Very convenient. I am here a few times a week.

Logan and Mike that were there today was very helpful and very positive energy. They complemented my friends bass witch made my friend feel very good about herself. They also helped me deal with my car battery problems, they gave me some tools that helped me. They were very kind and respectful, loved the place and the energy they gave. I've been using Whitewater Express-Georgetown since they opened up several months ago. The new equipment and clean bays with plenty of dry towels to accommodate is a plus. But it's their employees who go above and beyond with service to make you feel welcomed that prompted this review. Shout out to Katilynn & Kai for great service yesterday! They literally run out to greet you, explain your wash level options, and assist in your payment. I will continue to use Whitewater based on this and other experiences.

I travel a lot throughout Central Texas and go to many different car washes. I’ve just got to say that this is the absolute best car wash I’ve found so far. The car wash, the vacuums, and wet wipe down towels are amazing. The staff is super helpful, and friendly. Thanks for the great experience Kaitlynn, Kalen, Cherokee, & Aubrey!

I just got home from a road trip. I had bugs all over my car. My first stop was whitewater express car wash. I let the workers know I planned to go through twice because of how dirty my car was. One employee said no need to because he'd get the job done the first time. He put bug removal and scrubbed my car and my whip is CLEAN! The staff here are always amazing, kind, helpful and professional. I'm not sure what their training consists of but every single guy there has great customer service. They need to train other businesses in Georgetown how they do it! I'll settle for 5 stars but they deserve more. They constantly ask if we need help. One guy even took the leftover sticker from my registration sticker off!

II didn't expect much interaction with the staff but they were cheerful and exceptionally engaging letting me know that my car would look amazing.

Love going here. Their vacuums always work really well and there are always fresh towels. The staff is super friendly as well. I go 2+ times a week and now enjoy waving hi to some employees since I am a regular.

Convenient location, plenty of self- service options for vacuum, interior and exterior cleaning cloths with liquid glass and all purpose cleaners. I especially like the automated floor mat cleaning machines.👍👍👍👍👍

Did a decent job and getting my truck clean. The vacuums and towels were a huge plus for the cost. Adding context to another reviewer, it's probably not a smart idea to go through any automated carwash with a cheap ladder rack on your truck. 100% not fault of the wash.
