We were concerned about updating our wills and needed a good attorney. We Googled for the best estate planning attorney and John’s name popped up. We called three attorneys and he was the only one that returned our call. The other two calls were retuned three and four days later.
We made an appointment.
We arrived at his office, were warmly greeted and promptly brought into his office. He was very cheerful and immediately made us feel at ease. He has a great personality, great bedside manners, and very professional. He took the edge out of a difficult situation explaining all our options. John patiently answered each question that we had without ever coming across as patronizing. His manner was warm and open, and it seemed more like having a conversation with a friend.
