Dr Hart and LeeAnn took wonderful care of me! They were calm, kind, and listened to my needs as a patient. The appointment was quick and a positive experience.

LeeAnn was wonderful. Super helpful and accommodating. I love the products they carry and Westlake staff always goes above and beyond for all my skincare and dermatological needs.

Had a phenomenal experience today in the office. I LOVE Dr. Townsend, so sad she’s leaving due to moving. But I’ll be seeing Dr. Hart from here on out and all I see are amazing reviews for her. I’m so happy with my visit, recommendations, treatments, etc. I also emailed a question in the patient portal and received a call back in like 20 minutes. After they addressed my concerns and question perfectly, I requested to speak to Dr. Townsends assistant, who I had a quick question for. I was transferred to her right away and had my question answered.

I’m very happy with my experience today and am glad that we are being cared for at this practice. I highly recommend.

Visited Dr. Hart today. She was very nice and pleasant. She answered all my questions and helped me to understand how my new face routine will work. I hope to see the results soon. I really enjoyed the attention to detail that I received while I was at their clinic. Dr. Conroy did not hurt me at all when she administered the Botox. Her assistant, Brittany was Extremely kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel less anxious about the procedure. I highly recommend their clinic. Make sure you get Brittany to help out with your anxiety.

I started seeing Dr.Donna Hart for my hyper pigmentation and textured skin and I have seen very good results just in 2 months.

I had a very angry looking "rash" on my arm. I thought it was another squamous cell carcinoma. Dr. Hart confirmed that I had "pre-cancerous" irritated cells. She wrote a script for me, and it cleared up right away. I called for an urgent appt. and got in on the same day!

They have an amazing staff at Westlake cedar park. I recently bought a product and it was faulty. Not only did they replace it, call me once it arrived, but they gave me an extra since I had to go through 2 faulty products. The customer service is amazing! I see Andrea at this location and Dr. Lelani and they are absolutely amazing. Great place, highly recommend

My teenager and I have been seeing Dr Townsend for the past couple of months and she has been amazing! My daughter’s acne has cleared up. Ashley has also been super attentive while listening to our concerns. Love the team here!!!

Naturally, the doctors are competent and friendly. They help you make good health decisions. The staff also is professional courteous and helpful! Especially medical assistant Brittaney and Dr. Chodkiewicz!

Very nice dermatology office. They treat our entire family. Office staff is welcoming and very professional. I love Dr Hart and Dr C. Always happy with my visits here from minor skin irritations to bigger things like basal cell and squamous cell removal. They also have the latest cosmetic procedures available.

Lee Ann, Nicole and Whitney at the front desk were so friendly and prompt in getting me checked in for my appointment. I saw Dr Townsend for this visit and she was an absolute delight as soon as she walked through the door I really felt like she listened and did not feel rushed at all. Her assistant Meredith made sure I was comfortable and worked great with the Dr to make the process so easy. Will definitely be booking with them again.
