Catherine Murphy: Allstate Insurance

I had a previous policy with Catherine and she was a phenomenal agent. After it lapsed, I moved and lost touch for a few years. When I was in the search for a better policy, I called her up and she remembered me! It’s hard to find someone these days who doesn’t make their client feel like just a client. I’m looking forward to working with her again in the near future.

Catherine and staff have been taking care of our insurance needs for a very long time. They have always been available, quick to answer questions, and understanding and supportive in times of trouble. 6 years ago we moved from Cedar Park to San Antonio and still trust our insurance care to Catherine's office. Other agencies have tried to persuade us to leave Allstate however, they were not able to beat our current premium rate and certainly we would not have the long standing relationship that currently exists. Thank you Catherine and Team for all you do!

We switched our home, auto, and rental policies to Allstate and Catherine's Agency about a year and a half ago. The transition went smoothly and the prices were fair and lower than we were paying before. What I have found since we have switched is that we have gotten an agency that treat their clients right, promptly returns phone calls, takes the time to answer questions and make suggestions that improve your business relationship with them. Lately we had to file a claim and that is where Catherine really shined. She was our advocate in working with the claims teams and even personally came with the adjuster to assure everything went smoothly. You may be able to save a few dollars some where else but if you have a problems or hassles in getting claims approved or unable to reach you agent when something goes wrong you have to really think hard about is it worth it. Catherine has earned our business!

We have been with Catherine for over 15 yrs. There has been several times we wanted to leave Allstate, but Catherine came to "BAT" ( fighting the corporate machine on a personal level ) and saved the day. I would recommenced Catherine Murphy 110% - she has had a very individualized interest with our family and our property insurance and we look forward to many more years of personalized service from this Amazing Allstate broker.
