Getting ready for a birthday party and they had exactly what I needed in the baking section.

The cashier was the best part of the trip. She told every customer a joke. It was very refreshing to see that someone at that store actually enjoyed being at work on a Saturday morning. Thanks so much.

I've been coming to this location for seven years for my art supplies and holiday decor and I've yet to have a bad experience. The associates are always kind, cheerful and helpful. Prices are usually quite reasonable.

The ladies working were amazing!!! I had help finding stuff and the cashier honored the shelf price which is unheard of these days

the employees are always kind and helpful here. i’ve never had a bad experience. the sales are great & i can pretty much find everything i need here for almost any craft. joann’s usually has better deals on yarn, but being able to stack coupons and earn rewards makes michaels the better stop.

My go-to place for art supplies, and definitely a great option for those that are into crafts of many types. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they have a wide variety of paints to choose from. Sure, the store isn't as large as hobby lobby, but as far as ease of locating what you need, it's head and shoulders above the aforementioned store. If you don't know Michaels, then you should.

The staff is always so friendly. We love doing the classes specially the kid club ones on Saturdays they have projects for both younger to older kiddos and both my kids love it. I like that they carry everything i need for all my crafting, decoration and school project needs...

The employees were helpful and there was a good selection or items in stock.

I got to Michael’s almost daily and have never had any kind of negative experience. Their clearance items are great don’t forget to sign up for rewards and to use your coupons they truly do save money

I love Michael's. I am signed up for rewards and get great coupons. Just got 2 shadow boxes buy one get one free. Shopped around online and this saved me over $50. The man that does framing is excellent. He has helped me numerous times he is truly a treasure. If his manager sees this know whatever he makes isn't enough and deserves a raise immediately 😉

Totally worth signing up for coupons - you b use two per visit. I frequent the yarn sales and then add on some extra savings. This location has a good variety of brands and colors.

Needed ribbons, numbers and stencils for our grandsons football posters. Found it all under one roof and more. The store has a wide variety of arts and crafts selection. Thank you .

The sales person that helped us... his name is Ramon... was so very helpful and sensitive to our needs. I had taken in a poster that my late daughter's co- workers had set up as a memorial on her apartment door after she had been murdered by her so-called common-law husband, and I wanted it framed to protect it. First of all, he heard my harsh, allergic cough, and without me even asking he brought me a bottle of water. Then after he finished framing it, he put in that "personal" touch by inquiring who she was, and after we told him, he asked permission to give us a hug and express his condolences. There were tears in his eyes. I will never forget this visit to Michael's. They are truly blessed to have him as an employee, and I hope they take care of him! Is been a hard, difficult month and a half... she was killed April 26th, but people like him give me strength and comfort.
